That is exactly what I want people to do! 🤩
I'll soon be offering, on my website, full 2 hour video classes which will enable me to teach, support and guide people on a lot more tangles & techniques.
This will include a beginners Introduction to Zentangle class and a follow-on series of Understanding Zentangle classes to consolidate what you have learned and build up your confidence to explore your own Zentangle experience.
These TH-cam videos give you a taste of what is possible. 😍

I'm so pleased that you have enjoyed watching and listening. There are lots oof tangles that will lend themselves too a quilt design. I know many quilters and crafters who find that creating Zentangle is a wonderful art to spark a creative thought and helps with fine motor skills. You can also create Zentangle almost anywhere and don't need a big work area . 😊

      Great question. ❤
Creating Zentangle is generally unplanned with no set idea of what the final image will be. This allows a creative freedom.
The Zentangle Method has 8 Basic Steps which give you a “framework” which enables you to create a lovely image without overthinking or worrying. It’s about the process of drawing rather than the outcome. The “art” will happen.
As a Certified Zentangle Teacher I do have an idea or plan of what I am going to teach or share but I have originally created the tile or image following the unplanned, freedom of the Zentangle Method.
If you are new to Zentangle I’d suggest that you take an Introduction to Zentangle class with a CZT as this will answer many of your questions and give you everything you need to start your own Zentangle journey and creating your own lovely images. Many of us teach online classes and have recorded classes, so you can access us wherever you live.
Pop to my website www.zenjo.uk & Facebook page Zenjo Zentangle to see what I am all about! 😉
Also take a look at the Zentangle HQ website www.zentangle.com Lots of info there.
I hope that answers your question and opens up a whole new world of creativity for you. 🥰

Hi Aubrey, I don't know where you are based but the basic materials are easy to get hold of from good art stores or online. Let me know how you get on. Jo

I’m glad you enjoyed the video.
Sorry that you had a problem hearing my comments. I’ve checked the sound and it is clear, with no problems on the recording.
I know it might sound silly but have you checked the volume or speaker on your device?
I hope enjoy my other videos .
