Oh Emiko! This song has been in my brain for the past few days!❤ That's because of how many times I've watched this tutorial! I'm in LOVE! I cannot express how much and for how long I've tried to master the correct way to draw mookas(?) And "sprinkles". Those words fall into the catagory called, "Onomatopoeia". That is a great word on its own but the meaning is brilliant. It means that whatever the word is, it phonetically imitates, resembles or suggests the sound that it describes. For example, when you hear or write or read the word "jingles"... that word ..jingles! Or "chomp" "clap"... do you see whatI mean? Those words sound exactly like what they describe!

I also looked at your supplies and saw a couple things I've never heard of. Your "glaze pen" and "sketch and wash pencil". Are those common ZenTangle tools? I LOVED your background. There was also the word "general" in there. I'm interested to know what that meant. Is that the name of your drawing? Oh Emiko...I can't thank you enough. I believe VERY STRONGLY that"when the student is ready, the teacher will appear". That is most DEFINITELY TRUE in this instance. I wondered the same thing. In the future, if you want to know what materials were used in any given tutorial, look right beneath the screen ( you can't be in "full screen" mode. It must be the small screen. Then look right beneath t by e screen, Click on "more" and then read the artist's notes. That's where you will find what materials were used to make whatever the subject of the video. In this video. That pen she used with the clear stuff is call3d a "glaze pen". She also used a "Sketch & Wash pencil from Generals. I justwent to Amazon and ordered all of those things I just told you about! Have fun! I am Emiko's newest #'1 Fan!!❤❤

Mrth is a new tangle pattern from Zentangle, Inc. and right now is often seen inside Pangea, another pattern introduced by Zentangle, Inc. Pangea has no particular borders which can be filled with any pattern, and Mrth has many applications since is looks like a flower in some cases and a jellyfish in others… or….??? Enjoy!
The Phi tile represents the Fibronaci golden ratio and was taught in Project Pack #11 from Zentangle, Inc. There are divine ratios which make the eye focus on a particular part of a design, making it more pleasing. They come in white, tan, grey and black papers from Zentangle, but you can cut your own after determining the measurements.
So mesmerizing just watching you do it. Thank you for sharing.

The first ones I drew are "Sprinkle" and "Mooka" and the tangle behind them is "Mrth".
