Looks brilliant Andy, interesting message about using your colour schemes across different models, I might have a look through your videos and see I can see any colourful schemes I can use on my next batch of models
Hello! I'm wondering if you've got some kabala paiting tutorial. First time i watched your video i had no clue how to paint a drukari miniature or what color i should use on a model but watching it twice give to me a brainstorm!!
really loving these videos Andy. I was just thinking the color scheme would look fantastic (and similar to the box art) for the Hearthkyn warriors for Leagues of Votann based on some of the leaked images! Thanks again for great content as always.
Taking the skills from one painting tutorial to several different projects is something I'm struggling with. Then again I'm still fairly new so i just need to work on it more. Great video all around though!
Is there any way I could help out with that part? Specific questions I could answer etc? Would really like to be able to guide people as best as possible and help build confidence with that aspect!
@@MediocreHobbies i think it's just still not being familiar with the hobby and the paints specifically right now, but one question i do have is do you have to thin down the new contrast paints like you do the base and layer paints? They already look fairly thin but i haven't used them yet to fully judge that
This was a great video. I really dig that paint scheme, looks amazing on the dark Eldar. My suggestion for a name, especially with those stolen and destroyed soulstones would be Jarrah Soulkiller.
He looks dope Andy. I'm actually painting up an archon now. I was using the terradon turquoise for the base. Glad I watched this to figure out my accent colors. Big question tho. What would be a good base style outside of the martian theme you use. I use that for most of my armies which looks amazing. But for him I wanna go a little different. Any suggestions?
What About Izendros? I just started putting together some Incubi miniatures and they look so cool! As one of those people who had those blikers on this video was a great eye opener that no one model had to be painted one specific way just because of what it is thank you for that. It can be a little tough to break from a comfort zone and for me this video showed it doesn't have to be that hard now I want to paint up my Incubi in the Emperor's Children paint scheme to see how they look or even the order of our martyr lady :)
Always nice to have another video drop from you. Glad the year long project is going well.
That’s so kind pal cheers.
Great message there in the end and a great looking mini!
Cheers pal.
Dude, this channel is the best, can't believe I've never come across it earlier! So many good painting tutorials, I hardly know where to even start!
That is so so kind pal. Thank you so much.

That’s a great idea Pal. Let me know if anything jumps or tag me if you post anything.
Looks amazing!!! Love how you use contrast paint.
Cheers pal. Ye I can’t even reminder what painting was like before them.
Great conversion and amazing paint job as always well done brother
Cheers dude
Lookin good! Terradon Turquoise is one of my favorite GW colors. This scheme easily works for Corsairs KT, too.
It is a fantastic colour.
Once again dude you make it look so easy 💯thanks
Any time pal.

I haven’t done enough dark eldar on my channel just ye. I don’t have plans for a lot more. But I’m glad this video helped.

They would look so goood in this scheme. Great idea.
Looks amazing! 👏👍😁
Thank you so much.
I'm happy I found this I hope I can adapt it to the regular troops. I have been struggling to find a scheme I like but I like this one
Glad to hear it pal.
How was the model undercoated? I'm new here 🥴
Chaos black and then grey seer over the top.
Awesome vid. How did you paint the stone the model is standing on?
It was actually the same steps as the base. So it matches in
@@MediocreHobbies awesome, must have missed that, thanks.
@@MediocreHobbies sorry can't seem to find it at the beginning.

@@ShuunThreier nope no thinning required. You can thin them a bit if you want a thinner coat but I never do.

Now that is a name. Love it.
Gorgeous🎉
Thank you!
Drakthar could be a cool name!
It’s kind of taken from an other franchise but still cool!
Solid choice.
Great, can't wait to see the Kabal. I say Jouridan Soulthief to go with all the broken spirit stones.
Yes I can’t wait to field the army.

I’ve actually redone mine ina urban grey. I want them to be city fighters. Thanks for the kind worlds and sorry for the late reply.

Emperors children colours would look so good on them. That’s a great idea. Glad you liked the video
@@MediocreHobbies Thank you :) I'm looking forward to trying it out
Please paint some forge world knights one day ! THANK YOU 🙏
I don’t actually own any forgeworld knights. So currently have no plans for that. Support to disappoint
