    Stress and overall can be improved with diet and exercise as well as meditation

      Of course. While diet and exercise have been well researched the impact of meditation is less understood.

    I am in my late with a diag. of Working Memory Disorder, brought on by years of distress. What can I do? Thank you.

      Meditation really helps. You could try starting to do meditation every day, start with 5 mins each time and two times a day, then gradually progress into 8~10 times a day with 10~15 mins each time. Try that for 3 months and see if you can experiences some improvements. I'm helping my mom with meditations now.
