I’ve switched completely after much consideration and using the S5 II & S5 IIX, and now the S9 so much now I own a total of 5 bodies for Events. Never thought I would…but things change. I’m starting to find it’s all about our individual workflows. Still love Fuji for what it does.
just my .02..... I shoot Fuji and Nikon, but found a dedicated camcorder to be so much simpler and faster than any hybrid photo/video camera. Just in case you look outside the Lumix at some point. Camcorders are cheap, fast, easy for the guy-on-the-go with a regular job who doesn't want to spend a lifetime learning video.
If I haven't made it clear, I'm not entirely switching to Lumix, just for video. Fujifilm cameras are still my photography choice.

I definitely still enjoy Fujifilm for photography, I love those dials.
as a video first shooter, Lumix is the way to go. Welcome to L mount

I’ll be honest, I hadn’t ever even considered it. I’m not even sure I’ve seen a camcorder in a while.
