That was a wonderful walk thanks. Love the Thames with the boats out. Those wildflowers were just gorgeous. Thank you so much for that. Please take care
We always enjoy your videos. Thanks for taking us along on your walk. We visited Hampton Court in 2010 and had a wonderful time. Such a beautiful place. You are lucky to have so much history. Cheers Ron and Dovie
So much to see on this walk Amazing The town, the barges, ,the island, mansions! A wooded area, a palace with excellent gardens . Fields of beautiful flowers. and in a two hour walk. Stopping for a beer. If a two hour walk was done along the Swan river in Perth you'd see none of that. A river ,walking path and green grass....a lovely view across the river of Perth city. Thank you, that was stunning.
Wow !! Another splendid video 👌square and the great walk along a large river is definitely worth, people enjoying weather across the river bank is so watchable 😊 Hampton court palace, garden, meadows and bushy park is so beautiful 😍 i just wished to thrive into video just like Alice through the looking glass.. loved the video & appreciate your efforts & thanks for sharing 👍😀
😊 what a beautiful way to spend a Sunday afternoon Simon and Will !!! Thanks for taking us along with you both. Loved hearing and seeing the horse carriages, narrow boats and a bit of Hampton Court (that video was fab) all that ironwork at the gates are beautifully designed. Just imagine being the blacksmiths and all the hours that went into creating all that ironwork. Appreciate your videos and sharing the history, buildings as you take us on a stroll. That portion of the Thames reminded me of our Yarra River in Melbourne, Victoria Australia 🦘 on a nice warm day with people enjoying a picnic, bbq, relaxing on a rug, rowing club's boats out and the city sightseeing cruises aswell 😊 Happy Travels and Good Health to you both from Melbourne, Australia 🌏 🐨🦘🦜 🦔🐦🦚🦆🦢🐦🦟🐝🐞🦋🤠👍
Last time I visited the UK we parked our car in Bushy Park to walk across the grass to Hampton Court Flower Show. Plenty of deer nibbling on low tree branches - was lovely to watch.
Thanks for the Sunday stroll, it's good to see so many people out enjoying the parks and the river. Probably a good thing that it was cloudy =-) Take care.
Oh interesting, what a shame that didn’t continue. That makes sense then why we couldn’t cut through and had to go around. I thought in the past we had been able to walk the gardens.
I enjoy your videos, this one was especialy interesting. I've been to Hampton court but not done the walk, I will put it on my list. Why does Will always walk infront of you instead of with you. He always comes accross so sour and grumpy. Some chatty interaction between you would be nice.
This did make me laugh. I can assure he is a happy chap. Just not keen on being on the camera but I keep working on that. He has done some cameo’s on occasions. He always walks in front, his parents moan about that as well. 😊
Thanks for this. Lovely, as always. But you know that you were unlikely to see deer, as they are lovers of crepuscular light, and not great lovers of heat.
They will be shading under the trees in the quieter parts of the park but have seen them during the day several times here and in Richmond park. They are fairly used to people if you are quiet.
Love your videos. I miss walking in London been a little while. Sitting here in the blast furnace that is Arizona this time of year, it was lovely to walk through the green leafy park with you .
A frugal and pleasant walk along the river! I really like it when you put a map in your video, it makes it easier to understand the spaces, it's very useful. I loved. Thank you for showing another nice little piece of England.
We have had so few good warm days especially on weekends this year when you can get out. It was a promising start to the day with clear skies. Shame it became cloudy but still warm so not to bad.

Lots of people today. Old Henry had lovely stomping ground. lol. Enjoyed. Hugs and blessings.

Yes it is a lovely walk, one we only discovered last year and said we would come back and do it again for the channel.

That was lovely. Thank you so much for sharing. Can’t wait to visit London some day. ❤️
Hope you make over 👍
So enjoyable to watch along the path with you, it’s so peaceful and relaxing. That’s quite a ways around, I would’ve stopped at the Pub as well! 😅
It was a warm day and it felt like the right time of a quick drink 😊👍
What a wonderful walk and not too far for most folks. Thanks for bringing us along with you.
Yes it is a very easy flat walk and a comfortable time frame.
Beatiful video 😍thanks you 🌹👏👏👏👍

Hello, thank you for sharing. We would love to visit Melbourne one day. Only been to Sydney and Brisbane. ☺
I love a good walk along a lake, river or ocean. This was so scenic & delightful.
Last time I visited the UK we parked our car in Bushy Park to walk across the grass to Hampton Court Flower Show. Plenty of deer nibbling on low tree branches - was lovely to watch.
Ah nice, have seen them there and in Richmond Park a few times. Just not that day.
Thanks for the Sunday stroll, it's good to see so many people out enjoying the parks and the river. Probably a good thing that it was cloudy =-) Take care.
Certainly helped as it was quite a hot day even without the sun out.
Ooh, that looks a nice walk, thank you for sharing Simon and Will, always a pleasure to watch.❤
The gates next to the pub used to be open before the pandemic and you were able to use part of the garden for free. Sadly now everything is ticketed.
Oh interesting, what a shame that didn’t continue. That makes sense then why we couldn’t cut through and had to go around. I thought in the past we had been able to walk the gardens.
I enjoyed this walk with you..Thanks 👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks 😊
Thanks for your professional approach. We really enjoyed the afternoon with you. 3 from New Zealand
Thank you, so kind. We love having you along with us 😊
Watching this from the stinking hot desert (113 degrees, or 45 Celsius today), what a lovely walk, thank you for bringing us along, that was a treat!
Nasty 45c is not a good temp! Keep cool!
thanks

Thank you for the lovely walk! I always look forward to your videos. Lots of love from Arkansas 🇺🇲
❤️☺️
W taki gorąc,jaki jest w Polsce ,taka wielka rzeka jak Tamiza i taki duży park ,to podstawa do odpoczynku. Piękny teren. Dziękuję i pozdrawiam.
Zawsze przyciąga nas piękna rzeka lub wybrzeże. Po prostu coś na ten temat.
It's kinda sad that the river is much narrower than it was in the past...
It’s also very polluted which is despicable of the water companies.
Loved the video thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Smashing vid guy's been many times over the years Being Londoners! Only problem there is the traffic!😫
Definitely need to do this walk
It is a lovely easy walk, not a bad way to spend a few hours.
nice to see the walls and fences to kep out the great unwashed
Love your videos. I miss walking in London been a little while. Sitting here in the blast furnace that is Arizona this time of year, it was lovely to walk through the green leafy park with you .
I do enjoy well-tended flower beds, but a meadow of wildflowers is so cheerful in summer.
We have a lovely video coming next weekend with beautiful flower bed! A real English country garden.
@@MemorySeekers Something to look forward to next week. Thank you! I also watched & enjoyed the Hampton Court Palace tour. Thanks for the link.
Thanks. Very interesting 😊

So interesting, nice to see people out enjoying some nice weather, what a great walk, didn’t know about this one.
We have had so few good warm days especially on weekends this year when you can get out. It was a promising start to the day with clear skies. Shame it became cloudy but still warm so not to bad.

🤩👍💐🌹
“Please be a pub…” 😂🍺👍
😂😂🍻
Thanks for sharing Simon & Will x
Glad you enjoyed it
My memory is back. When I was a teenager , I used to go over the bridge after the the ship 🚢 used to go when the bridge used to open . 😊
Thanks dearest ❣️ no way to come back to UK. .......
.. 😊
I am not sure you are thinking of the same bridge. Neither of the two featured have ever opened? Tower Bridge is the only one to open?
