    I have the em10 mk I and I love it to bits. It's an absolute pleasure to shoot. Not only it's a lovely camera, it's also gorgeous to look at! I have the full black one which isn't as classy as yours though 😂

    I use my M10 Mk 1, beautiful build quality; better than the Mk 2, 3 & 4. I use it with the Lumix Leica 25mm Summilux and the Zuiko pancake zoom but optically the Leica is in a different class, the Leica rendering has always been sublime. I use with ECG1 grip with the Zuiko Pro grade UW, standard & telephoto zoom lens - landscapes. It such a versatile camera from compact travel to landscape monster...Oly colour science is one of the best along with the best in camera JPEG engine. I WiFi to my phone and post to insta. The face detect + full-time AF is pretty good. Same with DR not that different from APS; in all sensor technology hasn't that progressed much in the last 5 years. IQ improvement will come through computational and AI - sensor technology is pretty much levelled off. Video is consumer grade. It's really a photographic artist camera with direct control; not sports, industrial photography or videography. If you ever used Leica range finder you will understand...

      E-M10 mk i and mk ii both use a magnesium alloy body--really great build quality. The mk iii and mk iv used a lot of composites, and dumbed down the feature set/interface. For example, they got rid of the four Myset customization settings available on the mk i and mk ii.
      Mk i and mk ii rule!

    @6:00 You can use the viewfinder's Boost Mode to be able to use it in when pretty much pitch black. It's like almost having night vision. But then you lose the real time exposure simulation, which is the greatest advantage of an EVF...

    BTW - You can adjust the brightness of the LCD screen in the menu system. That really helps on a bright sunny day.

      Thank you for watching and also for the feedback. I tend not to change the LCD brightness on any of cameras because often it can really have an impact on how I perceive the exposure of the shot. Camera screens in general are still not as good as smartphone screens where changing screen brightness on the smart phone screens does not seems to impact my perception of the exposures on the shots but on cameras, it still does.. That's why I just always kept the brightness of the camera screen at the middle point brightness on all of my cameras regardless of how old they are... But that's just the way I use my cameras of course, I am glad that it helps you though.
      I thank you very much again for watching and also for sharing your recommendation. I wish you a great time, stay safe and have fun shooting :-)

    I bought the Olympus D E-M10 - from MPB and loved it. That is, until one of the 2 little magnets came loose that are behind the LCD screen, and blocked the screen from going back in position. I am not too sure of the functionality. Maybe to hold the screen to the body when folded in. Never could find anyone who could tell me the best way to glue them back in. Other than that, the camera is great to use

      Maybe use a few small pieces of double tape to hold the screen in place? You may not be able to use it in angled position but it'll stay put...

    what flashes can i use on this

    • @TigerPaw193
      @TigerPaw193 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Godox TT350O (350 Oh) is one. Flashes for micro four-thirds typically work on both Olympus and Panasonic Lumix cameras.

      If you want TTL functionality, Olympus flashes or the one recommended above. However if you're ok with manual gosh, you can use pretty much ANY flash designed for ANY camera system.
      I'm happy with manual flash so I'm fine with using my yongnuo 468N which I got for my mom d7100. Works perfectly fine, just FULLY manual...

      I am deeply sorry about how I talk, English is not my native language and I have been talking like this for a while now. I will do my best to improve my future contents as well as my way of talking. I am deeply sorry again if my way of speaking really bothered you that much. I thank you very much for watching, I wish you a good time and have fun shooting

    G1X glass is no where near as good as the Pro grade Zuiko/Lumix Leica. With 35mm you lose some of the sensor cropping to 4:3 or 6x6 (Bronica MF)...I wouldn't mind a Hasselblad X1/2D as second digital system to complement the m4:3...

      @@DAODUYDONGmini I bring my camera to school, and he probably use his camera for family and personal purposes. Mind you, most people don't know anything about cameras. The rangefinder look of the Em10 is appealing to most people. It's heavier than my LX5 and feels solid, but it's lighter than my GX85

      It's not cheap it's a well made camera that is delightful to use. Of course it's not a well built dlsr but it cost a lot less.
