Lots of people have been asking about my tablet mount on the dash. It's very simple, hand made locally, and works awesome! You can buy one right here: etsy.me/3OFcix8

I'd like to say thank you to the story till Now channel you guys really helped me with my mental health and having an escape to watch your four-wheeling and not feel as trapped or life is not that bad thank you for your great adventures
👍
👍
Dude, way to tell my story 👍🏼
Running helped me get out of depression.
Same here man. For like 3 years.
I'm almost 57 years old and have been off roading since I was old enough to drive. I consider myself old school, but for some reason the views you show make me feel emotional I don't understand it! Nothing else makes me feel this way. Thank you for all of the crazy feelings and breath taking views. Forever fan!
Thank you for watching!
Me and my four year old son love watching your channel. I would like to thank you for not swearing. I appreciate that I can let him watch it all he wants and I don’t have to worry about language. Although now he wants me to “please buy a jeep dad”! Which ain’t happening anytime in near future. lol. But thanks again for your great content. You’re good at what you do.
I'm glad you guys enjoy watching together! Thank you.
Awesome story, Shaun-as always!! What an amazing experience to explore areas that have been inaccessible for so long. Thanks for taking us along! My fave line... "My Jeep is just a tool. Scratches do not concern me." I feel the same way... lol
Thank you Sean for your channel you've helped me more than you know
And a special thank you to supporting mates the story till now behind every great man there's Great Men
what is the thing with blonde hair is that a dude or a chick>? either way very odd.
Very exciting trail. Your drone work is tops as usual 😉 thanks!
This was a really good one. This is why I am subscribed. Great narration, epic BC scenery, crazy and wild off-roading, challenges, friends, and of course the music choices. There were a few points in this video where you absolutely nailed the music choices. I felt like I was watching a BBC documentary or something. It is insanely exciting to think I may get to wheel in some of these mountains this summer!
You are definitely an explorer. You’re living the life many of us would choose if they reasonably could. Well done.
good to see Casey out and about with yall! Im still rocking my Safety Second shirts!
Watching your explorations videos give a different kind of joy and happiness 😄
😂😂 idk if you remember my comment about the wrap and how it differs in scratches..at 3:27 watching you think "nope, not this time" I could see it 😂
Hell yeah! Love seeing Gretchen in the vid!
Me too! 😄
Who?
Gotta love a good old fashioned Canadian adventure video!
Great video, really enjoyed it. Thanks for making it.
It is not possible to drive off-road in Germany. The penalties are now very high if they soften you.
even better when you watch your videos😊
That’s unfortunate 😢
Soooo missing my offroading days! ☺️
Great video. When I watch these videos, I often think about the people who made these roads you guys travel on.
Mother Nature does some beautiful artwork and Sculptures back there, for us to see. I want to go see it ... I want to be able to go see it. She won't make it easy, but it will be worth it.
What a great trip! Exploration like this is what drives me!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I get the whole 'it's a tool' thing, but man I was hurting for your rig vicariously listening to those branches.
My truck just turned 20 years old and I still cringe.. but its a Toyota with a 4.7 liter V8. Still worth keeping!
Hello👋Im from Germany and i Found your Account today, Your Video Quality is one of the best i ever saw. You Got My Sub. In Germany is this Not possible, The Nature is Not so beatiful as the from North America and its also forbidden to Drive trough the Forest.
Welcome!
You truly do know how to pick amazing location
Maan i love your content ,All the way from Kenya Africa.America must be so beautiful.
I told my kids if you ever see a jeep gladiator with yellow camouflage, yell at me!.. But we're just not around your town.. Stuck in the lower mainland lol.. Would be so awesome to meet you and your jeep
Looked like a great trail ride.
Awesome video!!!!!! Look forward to all your videos, Thank you!!!!
Wildest story for you, I wore my TSTN hoodie to a strip club in Montreal last weekend. . A dancer recognized the logo and was like OMG I love Shaun and I got a free dance for supporting you hell yeah 😂
That is fantastic 🤘🏻
wow very interesting concept friend
ALWAYS love watching your adventures. Thanks for putting these videos out.🌮
great video, beautiful mountains😍🤩👌❤
That’s a great segment you could add... trail opening!
The end of the road is where the dozer stopped but! Does that mean you have to?
Wow. You got up there. The washout at 11:00 I believe the lake is prob 7 or 8 k past that. It looks around if I remember. It was washed out last time I was there (2005 ish) but was passable. It sure looks like the 2021 floods did some damage.
I’ll be going back to see how passable it is. We didn’t have enough time on this one.
@@TheStoryTillNow I can't wait. Good luck.
maps.app.goo.gl/B9aUip9h6nV1MEUeA
I'm 99.9% sure this is it. It looks so grown in. Just past big silver Creek left over the bridge. It was gated there last time I tried to go up in 2005
You KNOW that sandwich hit the spot with that Kewpie!
Love spending my Monday mornings with TSTN 😊
You guys sure have some beautiful country up there I think from the five or six Overlanding channels that I watch I’ve seen more of Canada and America than I ever see people ask me what I’m gonna do when I retire in a couple years I’m gonna build an overland rig. That’s what I’m gonna do when I retire people build me an overland rig.
Solid retirement plan. Make it happen! 👊🏻
Life is not about finding yourself Life is about creating yourself
I'm big fan off-road
Those waterfalls were amazing, so beautiful back up in those mountains.
The forgotten places are the best to explore and get lost 🤘🏻
Yng aku tunggu vidio terbarunya udah muncul. Thanks Mister
Excelente video. Muy buenas rutas. En mi país también hago travesías con mi camioneta.
Awesome video as always Shaun. This was a epic adventure a lot of awesome driving and a epic campsite and the waterfall was so spectacular truly a hidden gem and you had some awesome friends along for the adventure. Thanks for letting us ride along with y'all on y'all's adventures.
Kewpie mayo!!!! He knows what’s up👍🏼👍🏼 cheers from rural Oregon 🌬️💨💚🌬️💨💚🌬️💨💚
Those who know eat well!
If anyone finds Bigfoot..I'm sure it will be you..😅
i feel like im becoming more of a manly man due to this channel 😂 petrol and rocks! love it
Good stuff! Love this content…
Is that Grizzly Bear country and if it is do you guys ever have any encounters with the gentle little fur babies on your off-roading/camping trips?
Terrain and weather reminds me of the "Rambo, first blood" movie :-D Thanx!
Filmed not too far from this
Perfect example of "why do you need 40's to overland?" Well you don't but it sure helps, on those roads less traveled
🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
YOU SHOULD GET SOME TREE BRANCH WIRES
Thinking the title of your latest video could be written by Tolkein 😉
1:55 this is what I love best about TSTN & Destination Adventure. Both channels visit places, others only dream about, and tell an amazing story along the way.
Pretty nice storytelling and cinematography! I do the basemap work for OnX (and other apps) and have been slowly updating the Harrison region. After your last video of this area, I spent a few hours and overhauled the basemap. The apps take up to six months to ingest new data so you won't be seeing the updates for a bit though. I also took a look at the possibility of getting to the turquoise-ish lake. The last harvest date closer to the lake was around 2000 and the roads do look to be in good condition (just overgrown and a few waterbars). The biggest challenge would be the washout at 49.5360, -121.6574, that is visible in the 2019 lidar data. Good luck!
Any chance you could e-mail me the updated imagery of that slide? shaun at thestorytillnow.com
Those coordinates are where the marked road on the map ends, which makes me think it's impassible. I had marked that on my route also. But I plan to find out.
Anybody else cringe when you see him walk on the heels of his pants lol. PULL THEM UPPP lmfao
So cool.. wish I had a vehicle to do this sort of thing.
Thanks for the video
Great video, maybe later you will make it, bit this time the mountain wasn't ready for you to be up there.
The washouts, the werid snow, the bed poping, ect were her signs.
When see is ready you will find the way.
I so much need a rooftop tent one day I guess.
Have you ever looked into driving from north bend to stein valley via south spencer rd? Is it do able?
""Did you get into a fight with a tree?"" ""I think the tree won."" I fought the tree and the, tree won. I fought the tree, and the tree won! ( To the tune of: The Clashs' - "I fought the law..." ) 😆 yuk yuk yuk 😆OH NO you didn't! ; Drop a reference to a T.L.C. song! "Don't go chasing waterfalls."😆🤣
It’s wild that this is current. I’m sorry you’re lacking snow, but I’ll admit, I love the non-tracks videos. Granted, all your stuff is great.
Great video Shaun! Noticed you swapped your taillights. What happened to the other ones?
I went through 4 sets of them and they always fail, and Oracle doesn't want to replace them anymore. Junk lights and bad customer service.
@@TheStoryTillNow that sucks 😕 I really liked the way those looked
I wish I could go over landing with you sometime in my Jeep xj
Another great video! Both cinematic and personal at the same time. I would love to see you put your production skills used in other environments such as the dessert, great plains, etc. The views you capture and the music you assign make for a wonderful viewing experience!
EDIT: The next recommended video from your channel was from the Arizona trip! LOL.
Dude, I dont know how to take this winter, weirdest snow accumulation and lack of in a lot of places. I'm glad you're getting out there. Never a fail when you're sleeping under the stars amongst friends at that 🙌 ML
We are just starting to get to a normal snowpack down here this year in the Sierras. 80% of normal? Last year at this time it was 200% of normal. It's supposed to rain and snow down here for the next week though.
If there was a need for limb riser, this would be the reason. Note to self, install limb risers.
I've seen tons of videos out there with so called adventures. I like them all but I can safely say this is best ever. There was something very mysterious about these mountain roads. And this is coming from a guy who loves adventure from comfort of his cushy recliner inside his home. But this time around I wished I was there on this.
adventure. Keep posting amazing videos. Also I wanted to say united states sites don't have anything on canadian locations here. Absolutely amazing.
Stop…sip coffee…drive…stop…sip coffee…drive, it’s the only save way to do it.
Do it! 18:02
I really like the sandbag Mount base for regular trail riding for my media devices
Love that unlike many of your US cousins who youtube you are much more gentle on the trails - less spinning up the wheels. Also, here in Europe in the high mountains we are seeing more rock movement and landslides as permanent ice melts and the rocks and soil it was holding together come down the mountain sides - I guess in these higher valleys you will be starting to see the same thing happening now so more and more trails will be wiped out by slides :(
Does onx have route tracking like Gaia? Would be cool to see your routes on the maps. I'm heading to east Harrison on Saturday
And i live in the worst place of the world for offroad expeditions... germany 😅
i recommend getting an electric Sawzall for your offroad adventures. saves lots of time and they make small ones.
Nice video, I like the way you film it, we all want to go with you !! At around 22:48 your roof tent like bouncing up and down.
Any particular reason you don’t have limb lifter cables on your otherwise unlimited rig?
Another epic video! Sorry if I missed this in a previous video, but are you just using a mavic mini for these insane drone shots?
I have a Milwaukee hedge trimmer that makes quick work of those small branches while we run trails overgrown Michigan. My hope is to get more people to come see and use those trails by opening them.
Heya Shaun, how well does the wrap hold against the bushrash? Love your episodes!
Air mattresses: for when you want to sleep on the ground, but not right away! Awesome episode as always, the topography and scenery in this area look absolutely incredible. Truly one of the best places on the planet to explore in a 4x4
Just a question, about how long does it take you to swap the wheels out for the tracks??? Thanks!!!
Hey what drone are you using?
Brother this is simply outstanding.
Thank you all.
Is that A dji 3 or 2 se
Ok, you go through places with a ton of great history, old places, magical places…ever seen anything unexplained? Not saying ghosts, per se, but things that just creeped you out? Unexplainable things?!! (This is a great channel! Mad respect for your adventures!)
Thanks! Nothing really I’m sad to say.
You could use some guy wires for the brush
Great scenery as always!👍
Wish I had those gas and diesel prices again. Here in Newfoundland we're paying $2.10 for diesel and $1.68 for gas. That's after a s0.05 drop last week.
Makes it hard when you drive a JK on 37" and a diesel Grand Cherokee WK on 35". They like their fuel.
Shawn..investing in limb risers would be money well spent for you bro 🤣
if they are forbidden mountains should you really be going up them? lol ;)
God I love your content! Top notch with endless vistas and great narration. Every video makes me pine for the other coast of the continent so I could be within striking distance of even just a spare few of your number of amazing trails and adventures. Thanks so much for everything you do to inspire the rest of us outdoor- loving 4x4 weekend warriors.
Thank you for the kind words! I appreciate it.
Is this a club that you have to joined to get to places with a whole bunch of groups?
I'm sick of dead ends
If I were him I would have had my truck wrapped in bed liner, smash through those overgrown trails and not worry about tearing apart my wrap
One thing I like about this channel is the care and reverence they show to the places they visit. No mudbogging or tearing up the land and trails just because they can. That kind of mindless pedal-to-the-metal bro-dozer destruction has no place up those mountains - you are in nature's church and you have to respect it. There are plenty of knuckle-draggers down at the Stave Lake mud flats to cheer you on if all you want to do is tear shit up, make a huge mess, and wreck your equipment.
Been subscribed for a pretty long time. Great to see you climbing the sub ladder. Told my wife along time ago eventually you would be well over a million subs. AWESOME trails, people, footage and absolutely stunning scenery. Stay true to what you do. Don't ever change it up. Best wishes and GOD BLESS!!!!
When are you going to have some hoodies and where do I get them from cannot find them online anywhere ?
UNDERRATED CHANNEL BUT WITH BEST CONTENT CREATOR AND THOSE WHO WATCH CONTENT OF THIS CHANNEL ARE GENIUS PEOPLE ❤
I had a great time watching this! those mountains are to die for!
Do you ever go to Montana that's where i live, there's some good places to go here!
I love my Silverado, I love off-roading, I would love to do a trail like this but I feel like my truck is too wide for this nor do I have the friends/experience for this type of trip. Which is why I love watching these videos!
