Best tutorial so far. I wonder if you can make another tutorial for Xperia 1 V, some controls are new and not available in Xperia 1 V
Thank you for the video. I knew all of it but still watched. Respect.
Thank you, this was very helpful for someone who only used standard camera apps before. Very glad that there are so many options offered for personalization.
Honestly best video ever I learnt a lot about the interface
Finally! You should have posted that a long time ago.
Very legible n excellent tutorial
What I would like to see is the ability to control an external flash. Prophoto makes ones that work with Apple and Samsung model. Sony is the only smartphone manufacturer who also makes flashes. It could be a custom flash model with Bluetooth controls or simply adding a radio controller in the phone to control the existing models.
Bought a new Xperia 5 II. Subbed.
I know with the profoto app that they can trigger their own flashes. It would be exciting if this could be done with Sony flashes. I’d buy on in a heartbeat
something you didnt really mention is camera endurance mode in bluetooth remote control which it can further extend the duration of app usage.. useful for livestream/video recording people
Thanks for your video. I have a question: is it possible to use Xperia 1II and Photo Pro to shoot handwriting and signature macros, at 300 DPI, for forensic use? Because I have tried in various ways, but the result has never been satisfactory. Thanks again 🙏
Love this video, have this phone . Unfortunaly the camera system (output quality) is still its weakest point. Whatever mode I used it doesn't beat its cheaper Chinese (or several times cheaper Pixel 6a) revals in it. And I'm not a rookie in photography. Sure it's fun to shoot using pro camera like app but this is pretty much it. I wish that I was wrong. It's a very nice phone.
please make videos on the video and cinema apps
Great video very helpful and informative thanks
This app needs more features for example focus picking.
If you mean focus peaking, the app does have that. At least as of August 2023 with the Xperia 1 V
@@wesleythompson451 Not there on older xperias. It is a first on Xperia 1 V.
👍👍
i have the pro i and love it. But Sony please give us fokus peaking
This phone could replace any mirrorless camera for blog and travel I think
Maybe it's just me but I feel like Nokia is doing a whole lot of post processing and the Xperia isn't. I'd be interested in seeing what the shutter speed and ISO is on both images. Sometimes when I want to compare 2 devices... I'll use LR and take the pic with the built in camera.... Doing that at least, let's the same software process the images the same way
how to go directly to the specific app from the phone locked/sleep screen?
Raw files are saved in internal memory, not the sd card.
Would love one the 5 Mark IV unless the UI is "shot for shot" the same; pun intended.
Hallo, ich suche einen Gimbal für dieses Handy. Welcher Gimbal verbindet sich mit dem Handy und lässt sich bedienen. Zum Beispiel Zoom in and Out. Leider funktioniert mein Huawei Stick nicht mehr mit dem Handy. Über eine kurze Rückantwort wäre ich ihnen sehr verbunden. Viele Grüße Andreas
what i noticed on the 5ii when shooting only in raw i cant change the aspect ratio. i think that is annoying tbh cause i do like to shoot in 16/9 also in raw.
Raw uses whole sensor so you have to add aspect ratio in postprosessing.
whis this pro apps?? for xperia 5.
Really baffles me that they make a phone for photography/video enthusiasts. Yet they dont have either a built in ND filter, or sell nd filter accessories. Without them, if you want to film 24fps, at 1/50. During daylight. All your footage will be completely blown out and useless... ND filters are a MUST.
If someone wants to use Xperia 1 iv for video shoot, which mobile gimbal would you recommend, apart from Sony's own?
I need to shoot in bursts without holding down the shutter button
night shots in xperia 5 III are bad
Night shots with 1V are super bad.
Xp off(xperia).
