Love this one. I have had the pleasure to have this one in my collection. I love wearing it on the NATO strap. The color combination are really nice and makes this piece look different.
Just worked with Tyler at Exquisite Timepieces based on your recommendations and can’t say enough on how helpful he was and really made the whole buying experience great. Definitely will be working with him on future purchases.
Bought my NTTD from Exquisite last month, on bracelet. I traded in the "regular" Seamaster because this fixes all its shortcomings - it's thinner, lighter and bubble sapphire shrinks the dial so it's not a pizza plate anymore. Even the bezel action is way better than the steel version. I don't see this watch as the Bond watch anymore. Enough time has passed and there's virtually no 007 branding except on the case back. It's pretty much like the 90s Seamasters, a watch that happened to be in a Bond movie. It's really now a homage to the entire Omega relationship with the British military.
I was deciding between this and the new 3861 Speedmaster just recently. I went with the Speedy, but only because I already have the white dial Omega Seamaster 300m Professional. The NTTD is so cool though!
I own this watch with both OEM strap options. Coincidentally I bought it from Exquisite. Great AD. This model is deceptively light, very easy to wear, and comfortable. You will notice how thin it is compared to other Seamasters. If your wrist is under 7”, you may find the Ti milanese band hard to wear. The Lume is on par with the best out there and is on the bezel. The premium is more about the Ti and less about the Bond. Love or hate the color combo, the two work together, in all lighting, as long as you like earth tones. It pairs well with almost any field watch oriented straps in most common earth tone colors.
Really cool Seamaster! I love the warm tones of this, the lume and that boxed crystal. I'm a big fan of Bond and the NTTD movie, but this is a bit overpriced ($10K for the bracelet model!). I own the Summer Blue Diver 300m and I thought that was slightly overpriced. I guess I miss the days of sub $5K Seamasters :-) As always, great review Rob.
I own the titanium mesh version and find that the movement is fantastically accurate, yes the aesthetics are attractive however I love the accuracy and the light weight due to the titanium material.
I tried one of these on the other day and it felt great! But wow it is pricey. Personally, I think I'd save up a bit more for one of my favorite Speedmasters.
I like that Omega ditched the god awful wave dial, they just need to replace the scalloped bezel with a proper coin edge and they've got the perfect diver.
I have the watch on the mesh bracelet. I love it except for one thing… the clasp. It hangs up sometimes when I attempt to open it. I even went to my AD and had them get me another clasp. It is better than the first but still hangs up. A watch that is approaching $10K should not have this issue in my opinion. But honestly this watch looks way better in person than in pictures and in videos. The colors are just stunning in the bright sunlight. Even on the bracelet it is very lightweight.
Double pass nato’s, even though Omega makes a great one, at unacceptable now that I’ve experienced single pass versions. But, I do really like this watch.
@anthonyonline4740 Isn't the movement the heart of a mechanical watch? Blingy dial and polished case for twice the price? I'm sorry but that's marketing not horologie.
@@seabiscuit726142 Movement isn't everything. This one is made out of titanium for example. There are pure gold speedmasters, and they are 5x more expensive than the standard speedmaster pros (while using the same movements too).
As much as I love Omega, I can't imagine paying that price for a titanium watch. I can understand a precious metal like gold or platinum. I love watches, especially this brand.......but I can't justify the price point. Just my opinion.
You lost me at 8900. Omega is rapidly turning into a nonsense company. Still,, they have something to aim for one supposes. Fools and their money are easily parted.
That is a beautiful watch. I can’t see spending 10K. I bought my Sportster out the door new in 2018 for 10 K. To me that’s if I ever get the dead uncle money witch I missed that boat 20 years ago.

I got mine from Paris in May 2022 and I like it very much with both the NATO and the strap. It’s discreet so perfect for me.
the perfect watch. I have the regular seamaster. it is unbeatable .

Love this! This is awesome
Yaaaaay not only my favourite watch but also my favourite nato strap fumble moment 😂😂

truly an awesome watch. I would prefer a metal bracelet with "on the fly adjustment" clasp though...Great watch.
Love it! Definitely the price would be a barrier for some though.

Big James Bond fan. Could have been tempted to buy one of these but detest the film so much I could never wear it.

Same mov't Caliber 8806 can be found in a Railmaster which is 2.5 times cheaper.
So go buy that one if that's all you prioritise...

It’s a crime to have this in a nato 😂
Price is ridiculous
That's why mine says Phylida 🤣

Nice watch awful bezel action and a simply ridiculous price tag 👎🏼
