Wow, you’re so knowledgeable. Can’t wait to see your next video. I would LOVE to see more of your handy work.
Nice work
You guys did a fantastic job.
Thanks!
Nice job, I've got the same stove, and just restored it also.
Ya the restoration went well.
I have this exact stove except its the original not the Korean remake. I found it online and traveled about an hour and a half. It cost me $60 plus gas. I've already wire brushed it completely and about to polish. I thought i was going to have to special order a piece of glass for the door, but your video made me so happy when you showed that it was only mica pieces not glass! Trying to find the correct size of curved stove glass was going to cost a fortune! Thank you for this video! Did you reseal all parts with sealant, and what kind?
The sealant is shown at about 20:00 in the video. Can't remember the name of it off the top of my head.
Do you remember the size of the bolts and nuts you used to replace the old ones?
Curious as to where you found that old sharpening wheel?
You'll find the sharpening wheels online, usually around $100
Is there anyway you can send me the link of that book you found I would like to find parts for mine and it's the Exact same
Did it have a tag on the back of the stove? also do you have a manual for it? my mother in law has one but there are not marks on the stove itself other than no 24 parlor
At 2:20 you can see the markings on the back. We don't have any manual or any paperwork for it. It's currently in my parent's basement keeping them warm in the winter.
HI, do you knw where i can get a foot fro the bottom stand? i have one broken one. thanks
No, unfortunately I don't. I'm not an expert I just did this one stove restoration.
Question I just got it a parlor stove #23 from Washington stove company west Everett and I'm looking for some parts maybe you can help
Unfortunately I don't think I can be of much help. I had all the parts for the one in this video so I just had to buy the silicone pieces for the front windows and I replaced the screws with stainless steel screws from Home Depot.
What is the price
I payed $60 for mine that I found online. I traveled an hour and a half but we'll worth the trip!
