Thank you for going to the trouble of making this video to help explain these rules. It was very useful. Good idea on moving the 6's and 8's. It makes it a bit fairer, though the unfairness is part of the randomness of the game. Just one correction that I can see - the rulebook says "You may only play 1 development card during your turn - either 1 knight card or 1 progress card. You can play the card at any time, EVEN before you roll the dice." So it is not the case that you MUST play the knight card before rolling the dice.
if you didnt notice, the number/value chips are labelled alphabetically, you do not shuffle them, you place them in alphabetical order clockwise from the desert...
1) Do you have build a settlement near the harbour (at the ending point) to get resourers..? 2) in my turn play the dice...Can i play more than 2 or more development card at my turn ? Thank you your explanation helped a lot 👍
+SCHERHERZADE yes it does but if you read the rules where they explain the Knight card you'll se it says it can be play at any time during your turn, even before the dice roll.
While aiming for The Longest Road card, can that particular road be split up by a settlement/city or does it have to be one continuous uninterrupted stretch of roads?
Great video! I only have one doubt... When you achieve "longest road" or "largest army" you earn 2 victory points, fine. Then if another player bests your roads or army he steals your achievement card, earning the 2 victory points. The thing is, I assume that the player that first got the achievement loses the 2 victory points, or does he keep them? In other words, does the achievement card itself represent the victory points, shifting them from a player to the other? Thanks to anyone who clarifies my doubt :)
Very thorough explanation. I was reading instructions over and over again and had a hard time understanding. Thank you for clearing it up a bit.

I'm more of a visual learner than learning by way of reading. This video helped a helluva lot! Thanks.
Thanks for taking the time to make this man. Appreciated.
Very good tutorial. The part where you rolled the seven (at 8:44) is the best.
Man, well done! Now we're ready to play! Thank you!
insanely helpful. Thanks

Shuffling them with the 6/8 rule is a "house rules" option that adds variety.
You have made me understand this a bit more.
Is this what they played on Big Bang when Sheldon kept asking for wood? That scene was hilarious.

One correction to this: you may play Knight cards before or after the dice roll.
I'm pretty positive every turn begins with a dice roll.

VERY HELPFUL! THANKS A BUNCH
Make a munchkin review on the special Christmas packs!
Nice tutorial I Lol'd at the bloopers.
To play you need 18 numbers of "shits" and-...
There is no rule for not having 6's and 8's next to each other. You can play Knights even after you rolled. Where do you get your instructions?
Question, you have 2 houses on the same # 11 tile, don't you get double resources for that?
While aiming for The Longest Road card, can that particular road be split up by a settlement/city or does it have to be one continuous uninterrupted stretch of roads?
When building a settlement in the middle game does it have to be on the end of a road?
Can it be played in 2 ?

The longest road can be bested but the first person to get the army keeps it and gets 2 points
+Bob123 Man beated* sorry can't edit on phone
Yes, the points are only valid as long as you have the "longest road" or "largest army". They shift your successor.
I love this game!!!!!!!!
Man I love you and your heart babe❤️
17:42 Can he build the road like that?
Very descriptive
Isn't the robber only allowed to move to hexes touching the hex he's already on?
