A great video! Thanks for sharing with us the valuable information. Starting a TH-cam channel and growing it, at first it's really difficult, sometimes demotivation comes up, but finding videos like these, gives inspiration and motivation.
I've followed Thomas since his College Info Geek days -- it's awesome to see how he has built up his brand over the years and pivoted it with his own life and personal development.
Thomas Frank is an inspiration. I’ve watched his videos freshman year and I didn’t follow them. And I messed up freshman year. Haha But I follow them now. Got straight A’s last quarter. Yeeet!

Great video, thanks Pat and Thomas for sharing these insights. Very interesting to hear Thomas’ production process: that sort of insight into what works is hard earned from experience, and highly valuable so thanks to Thomas for sharing.
The only thing I wish you had asked is more about what would Thomas do differently now, or with the benefit of hindsight. Also since he started doing this seriously 4 years ago, I would guess things have moved on and how he would approach it now, given what he knows and has learned, would be different. A question I have for example, is whether content strategy and keyword research is becoming more important as every TH-cam content space is more competitive.

Glad to hear he's writing a book regarding something that sparks passion. I think all TH-camrs should write a book and Be Like Pat :) Write on and write on.
