Think Media I've recently been binge watching Roberto's videos because TH-cam kept suggesting them to me whenever I watch Video Influencer and Think Media videos 😄 Soaking up the knowledge, just started dipping my toes in the video waters, working up the gumption to just jump in!
I almost cried when I saw you two did a collaboration. Pat, I discovered you one and a half year ago and you taught me basically everything I know about business and marketing through you blog, through Smart From Scratch and through your podcasts. Most importantly you showed me that even with a Master degree in Philosophy and ZERO knowledge about marketing or business I could become an online entrepreneur. I had never thought about it but thank to you I started building my brand two months ago and I truly believe I can succeed one day. Roberto, I discovered you less than one year ago. I've been following few TH-cam growth youtubers, but the amount of knowledge you put out there is simply THE BEST among every other. Whenever I feel like taking a break from creating content and I want to educate myself, I just pick a random video of yours and I watch it. I always end up taking notes because your content is so rich in knowledge and wisdom. Like someone commented previously, you are the professor. I'm a Technology Teacher and Traveler that has been following both of you for a while. I'm at the point where I have realized, I haven't seen the results I want because I haven't created enough. Im at a place where I'm tired of not truly knowing what would happen. I spend a lot time worrying about my niche because I have a million ideas. right now I am going to focus on tech tutorials, and make a travel video , when i'm traveling and see what works , what doesnt.

This is gonna be long! But wow! The more I watch the more I'm engaged. I want to touch on 3 things mentioned! 1.) The triple A formula Authentic, accessible, approachable! That's definitely a recipe for success. 2.) Averagers are liars. I love how roberto broke that down. 5 test, 4 100scores and you miss 1 test. Makes your average 80 except your truly A+ 3.) Own it...thats some deep stuff and exactly how I live my own life. I really enjoyed this segment and can't wait to watch more. I see @patflynn you've picked many brains to learn the tools of success! This is gonna sound crazy but I would love to be on this show and sort of let the roles reverse. And let Pat teach me! Lol Im a fan of Roberto Im just not sure of how he charges to do quick channel reviews though. Lol Outside of that this is teaching me alot, and Im slowly becoming a bigger fan of pat since seeing his interview with Sean Cannell! I love it and I hope to some day be in one of these episodes!
It wouldn't do very well unless it had some major visuals to go along with it. Parts of podcasts could work, but not an entire 45 minute+ episode. Even face to face talking heads don't do well. We have the advantage here with being in a car.

Real world lessons that do not really reflect properly in the statistics. This is also the stuff that managers at companies tend to miss if they just look at the numbers. Then they wonder why something did not happen as expected.
I wince when I look back at the first TH-cam videos I did seven years ago. First of all, the camera phone quality was terrible. "Um, um, and um" were my catchphrases...ugh! I'm SO much more comfortable now.
How is this video supposed to "resonate" with the average youtube viewer when you both are flashing your glamorous past achievements prior to your online success? Graphic design on billboards in Timesquare, and architecture and StanfordU. Really?? You might feel good mentioning it in conversation but how is that supposed to be inspiring to the average viewer?

You should post one episode of your podcast and see how it does here on TH-cam, in terms of retention, etc.
