I'll be honest: as a longtime fan of his, him being untethered from ESPN and being able to do his own thing has allowed him to truly make The Right Time his own. Seeing where ESPN is now, his contract ended right on time.
Every year we get at least one rookie QB who plays well. Last year it was Stroud, the year before it was Purdy, and next to them we get a bunch of QBs who aren't ready and are labeled as busts when it's really the organization, roster and coaching that's usually the problem.

Kawhii being a 2-time finals MVP is kind of a misnomer. He wasn't the best player/leader on the first finals team and the Raptors finals was won only because of the injuries. He's a great player but not one of the best ever, that's too much.
Kawhi has a degenerative knee condition. I'm not sure of what it is exactly, but if anyone knows about any degenerative issue with your body, you know it's serious.
