NaturNest Orion Hardshell Tent | High Winds, Heavy Rain and Tornado Warnings!

Went out for a quick 1 night shakedown run in my NaturNest Orion Hardshell Roof Top Tent with my 4yo at a local RV Park/Campground to test it out in wild weather!
They were forecasting heavy rain, hail and possibly tornados. Fortunately we avoided the hail and tornados but had wind gusts over 30mph and rain. The tent performed flawlessly and setup/Teardown was a breeze!
If you’re looking for a fantastic tent at a rice point just north of $1,000; I can’t recommend this tent enough.

I had mine in 4 days of solid rain and no issues. When it finally stopped raining, I let mine air out and dry for the day.

lol I was replying thinking this was on a different video.
The straight pop up can be tough to latch but now after a few nights in it I’ve got a good handle on it. You’re right, it’s just getting used to it

Is the outer shell made out of plastic or aluminum?
