Hi always try always everyday say I can do it I can do new things today! I am disabled At 37years I have fybromalaygia and my mom also 63years.My dad is 60years a bit week on the legs and so I bought a lightweight some 80kilo tga Eclipse scooter its a bit more on the sports style but I saw lady like women drive one fro shopping in our city. If you take it apart the most heavy part is the battery its 30kilos (like a laundry bin full of quilts or like a huge turkey lol)I dont take it all apart I just take the till stearing and axes and the seat apart then I lift it all I could pull it apart again but I made a ramp its easier as after driving sometimes the seat is a bit stuck and wont pull off.I used to go to work with it and charge it there its a bit far from here three cities away from my home.I always give way and drive on medium speed.I also bought many themed lights i bought some for bikes and fitted and adjusted them to fit my wide bars.I also bought front and back (back always red as a street law) lazers at nights its like a mini parade float from disney lol!!!I also used it to shop at Lidl they let me in and all were very helpful.It takes up to 250kg including passenger!!I always get a lot of pain in my arms and legs when I carry heavy stuff. Never give up.
This is bittersweet. The pros are this scooter can be put in any vehicle. Unless it's a service dog, I would not involve a pet through this process. True I know you tried to prove a point by allowing"it's so easy that a kid can do it". Unfortunately there's quite a lot of cons I see with this, especially as a handicap person, and a handicapped person won't always have the luxury of having a helper. Anyway why didn't you have a cloth or a blanket to protect the car. Not a good idea to wear shorts when you're doing this unless you carry Band-Aids with ya. And you don't need to wear sandals when you're doing this, just make sure you don't drop it on your feet, ouch!

well you end up making it a 4wd monster truck, this is for smooth surfaces, not off roading, inside stores, a few feet across the car park and such

Some airlines ae rough handling scooters and damage them. Be prepared at the other end and submit a form that it was damaged. they will replace it.
