    Loved that new rolling way of getting in to those side stretches, they were fun to do. Perfect evening practice for me, feel so much better and comfortable again, thank you.

      I love those too. She has a videó on morning yoga in bed among 5 10 minutes practices🥰 if you want to do a shorter version.

    Day 24/30.
    The swing motion was so much fun. I shot my tablet halfway across the room with such enthusiasm.
    How are you? How am I doing? When was the last time you actually asked yourself that? Physically I'm a bit groggy, psychologically well. We millennials are all a bit crazy after all 😀
    I can't believe the 30 days are almost up. At first I thought the time would never go by, but it goes by so fast every time. I hope so much that paula does it again next year!

    Despite many years of doing yoga, your practices include such unique and innovative moves. Keep my sessions low to the mat so loving the supine twist with upper leg swing and also rolling up to seated, side stretch. Both have added benefit of much-needed core work. (My one obstacle is finding room for all the movement in small apartment.) Thanks!

    I am Just getting back to my daily routine. I fell sick for a week and then I Just didnt feel like letting my 4 yo watch tv for longer periódus of time so I can practice. And untill yesterdays 2 hour car ride I didnt even notice any uncomfortable body aches. So I am very happy in the long term benefits. And really find these gentle practices nourishing for body and soul 🥰 Just what I need🥰

    Very sort of cozy, relaxing class! i have gotten much better at modifying based on space. I am used to practicing in packed classes & smaller spaces- i dont always leave a full le/armg extension of space all around the mat, but i improvise based on the core of the movement. thank you 🙏🏽❤

    The “broken wing” nearly broke my arms! Very tight pain in front upper arm muscles. How do you work into that position?
