    Exterior: The colors and combination of the wood and concrete is very attractive. However; the lacks counter space where there could have been easily provided under the High cabinet on the back wall.
    The secondary bedrooms were far to narrow. Children need space for book, toys and floor space to play.
    The 2 day building time is definitely phenomenal.

    Lovely unit. My only issue is why buy expensive UK technology only to do away with a factor of production that we have in abundance - Labor. All the money that will be spent in buying this printer from UK is at the expense of the laborers. Is this really a wise way of spending our capital? My thoughts though..

    There are no closets in the bedrooms, yet there is space where pictures have been placed. Also, if you can put a mirror over the bathroom sink, then you can hang a medicine cabinet for storage. What does this model cost to produce?

  • @tempiedemps5179

    To open the wall between the kitchen and dinning area would render both areas with the appearance of being spacious. The wall between the rear door and kitchen does not appear necessary unless it is a load barin wall, otherwise it's removal would again maximize the kitchen area. I am a Realtor from PA. USA., not a builder so please view my comments as one that err on the side of comfort and appearances. But otherwise, I find this house very attractive.

  • @PerpetualJoy
    @PerpetualJoy 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    I think it looks beautiful! The layered walls and the tiled walls in kitchen/bathroom are visually interesting, and I really love that it's not just a big square with smaller squares in it. Porch is cute. I agree with other commenters that additional kitchen cabinets could have been a nice inclusion. It is a small second bedroom, I almost wonder if a smaller living room would have been better to give the 2nd bedroom a little more space for additional bed or storage

    Very interesting to see this technology in Kenya. I've seen videos on it with companies in Germany and Austin, Texas, and the tech is still not yet fully out of it's experimental phase..so it'll be interesting to see how it fairs in Kenya.
    The current industry standard cost of construction (quarry stones and concrete) per sqm is 38-39,000/- so I'm not so sure how this scores on the affordability aspect, but the time saved with this technology might make many people consider it. Either way, I'll be following. Thanks for posting this!

    To sell this, I believe the physical area (in sqft) the building itself occupies should be the first item to share..

    I love the house's design. I don't like the contours on the inside of the walls. They're fine outside, but I'd rather have a smooth or plastered wall inside for texture and dustlessness (the contours will hold dust with time, like tiny shelves of dust).
    I think they used mabati roofing to cut down on costs. The mabati roofing doesn't look so great where the roof is overhanging, maybe a little aesthetics would be required there.
    All in all, I think I would try them for a 4 bedroom house, as long as the costs make sense. I'm curious to know if they do maisonettes as well using the same tech.

    Built in 2 (two) days?? !!!!!! Incredible and uncreditable!!!!!! Even using pre-fabricated walls, roof, floors the very tasks of assembling them securely, and getting the tasks of plumbing for water and sewerage, fittings for electrical wiring, power facility installations and giving the entire structure a finished and ready to move in could not possibly be done in 2 --- t-w-o ---- days. I am amazed at the blatant yarn spun by the video presenter.

    Overall it's nice house too small second bedroom will be safe for kids to be about 4 ft wider and 4 ft longer with a master bathroom the reason why I said the second bedroom it's too small you can't even get a side table on each side of the alphabet plus the chair is very cramped in there the feelings looked tall it would help it to stay cooler but in the same sense that needed some type of fan in the ceiling needed a fan over the stove where the stove went also and a fan in the bathroom don't be affordable but it needs just a few things I think overall it was very nice home
