The setup is excellent, my feedback would be on how the doors have been placed, the configurations of most doors are not intuitive, like the first bedroom door leading to the washroom, you have to close the main entrance to access it, the other thing I noted is that this house would be great if it had a dedicated working area. say within the main bedroom

The outside finishing looks great! I am impressed by the flat roof. My only concern is that the house may appear elongated. Please show the width and the length of the house. Thanks for sharing.
Great video but kindly don't have transistion cut when filming from room to room. At one point I barely knew which room located. Preferably just have a seamless shot from the hallway to the room, vice versa.

I'd advise the developers not to close the private kitchen garden- it is a good feeling to be able to walk around your house - unless there is no private gate to the individual houses hence the need for 'privacy'.
