This car is the reason I bought Max Power magazine. I would never buy such a chav publication, but it had one of my favourite TVRs kitted out to look like my fav car at the time , the Speed 12 on the cover.
I remember when jamie shaw built this back then in the early 2000s when max power was big magazine i thought this car looked amazing and now i cringe at the sight of cars like this with shit looks and build quality
That is Ed's car from car trek
Also a very famous car here in England from the Max Power magazine
@@JamesBowering yep

We have this magazine ….. and because of the magazine we bought this TVR😂
Definitely subbing. This is my all time dream car as a kid.
Yup, showed up in CARTREK 7!
Looking at this car makes me feel sorry for everyone who has the gift of sight.
Haha well said. Beautiful car ruined.
Is this ed's car from car trek?
It has VinWiki stickers on the door
It sure is
It looks a lot better than the turd we got in car trek
@@scottblanco5991 its.... it's literally the same car... like the vinwiki stickers are still on the car in the video here lol!
Auto tempest stickers
is this styled to look like the infamous Speed 12?
And have you considered fitting a bigger exhaust on it?😁😁
It kind of is, but this one was a very controversial built back in 2002…. If you google TVR Charisma, a lot of info comes up about this car
Yes that was Jamie’s idea
0:28 is that a renault 12 in the USA?!
Not only a Renault 12, but also a Skoda 105 ))
And a Renault 16. It’s like my childhood all over. I had an R12 as my first car (UK) and then my grandpa gave me his 2000 mile Skoda 120LS. WOW.
have u restored it
Not yet, but we will
never in my life i've seen a riced tvr... i guess now is the time

It's worth even more now that Ed Bolian farted in it! LOL!
Anyone else see this video and think "Wait, there's actually a TVR USA?"
Daily driving mine for past 5 years…. One of the last few legally sold by TVR in states in 86, before they pulled the plug in 87
