Help how can I transfere saved video from camera 360 to laptop and is there any programs to play it like on mobile I mean in 360 degree cause I try but not working.thanks
Hi there, you simply need to connect your X3 camera to your computer using a Type C data cable to transfer files and then you can use Insta360 Studio to play your footage. Hi there, Insta360 app requires Android devices with chips Kirin 980 and above, Snapdragon 845 and above, Exynos 9810 and above in order to function without issues. Hope the above info helps!

I have had my camera for a month, and after watching how to videos, I kind of wish I could return it.
It seems like there is SO much work that goes into making videos with this camera, I really don't want to use it.
