I have an X2, and love how everything you covered here applies for it as well. I found the best thing is to just film and experiment (AKA practice). At least that way you'll know what does not work :)

Hi, thanks for asking! The selfie stick in the video is the extended edition selfie stick, which is extends to 3 meters with adjustable lengths in between. It allows you to capture otherwise impossible angles and creative shots.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! The recommended orientation is to have the camera positioned vertically, with the lenses facing towards the sides, left and right. Additionally, please be aware that when a camera is mounted on a selfie stick and the stick is extended, there may be a slight bend in the stick that causes part of it to become visible in the shot. in this tutorial is nothing about 360VR videos. It same as your video. Only reframed shots.

I am planning to buy an action camera for my Moto Vlogging. I am confused as which one to take GoPro (if so which model) or Insta 360X. Request you to kindly suggest one.
This is a personal opinion of someone who had similar choice. The X3 can get the shots the GoPro can but the editing is a little more time consuming (even with the AI assistance in the editing the Insta360 App can give). If you are prepared for the additional editing time then the X3 gives you more choice as it offers 360 as well as the kind of wide shots the GoPro can offer.
