Respect doctor, i am patient of psychosis and ocd(some symptoms). Illogical thoughts are coming constantly in my daily life routine. I have been taking medicine since 2020 .Should I take ect,tms or deep brain simulation? Please please please give me suggestion.

My father's lost his voice, walking ability after DBS. Having said that, UF has an excellent DBS team.
