Hi, can you help me please! The three buttons of my coffe machine l'or barista sublime are flashing and can't prepare coffe! Please an advice what can we do about it ?!
The capsule tray is very difficult to remove. The instructions say to lift the tray but that doesn't work and it needs a yank from side to side before it's finally released, v poor design.
Thanks - I really struggled to find out any information on how to open the capsule tray! I think there are two designs - one that's easy to use and this one!

@@stevo091 Philips said if all three buttons flash it means the machine is overheating. Remove the cord and let it cool down and try again in 5 min.
