Thank you! L'OR don't sell the descaler solution in my country yet (Ireland) and their video is wrong. So thank you for the correct procedure for the 3-button barista.

Great video. I just love this coffee machine. This was my first time of descaling it. I watched and followed the official instructions and it didn't work, possibly because they were really for an older machine. After starting the descaling by pressing ristretto and lungo buttons, DO NOT press the flashing ristretto button. Also relieved to see you are using the same descaler as I purchased. Thank you so much for solving my problem. It's so easy when you know how!

Well it's not that quick between the switch of ristretto and lungo buttons blinking. There's a whole process of emptying of the tank water during the ristretto button flashing and then the process of lungo button blinking.

Can we use vinegar instead of the commercial product, like with Keurig and other coffee machines?

White vinegar should work just as well, but probably best to dilute it less... maybe 50/50 at most. Then rinse fully...

Is the bit where the coffee comes out from gold in colour?

I took mine off, gets in the way and adds cleaning. Unless u want to do 2 coffees simultaneously, it only reduces coffee temp

Different brands of descaler come in different sizes.
I use half of the Phillips 250ml descaler bottle... And 3/4 of the water container.
NB: Phillips also make these L'OR coffee machines.
