South Bend Lathe Belt Upgrade - The Easy Way

Belt slip has been anoying and slowing down my machining projects so its time to do something about that. New "high grip" belting material and some alligator lacing from McMaster Carr for what is hopefully a great and lasting upgrade.
Way easier and less messy than gluing of serpetine belts for about the same cost. Plus if the belt ever wears out some new belting is much less expensive and I have LOTS of leftover lacing.
