Steve! I'm definitely making this soon! I have a bunch of green chile powder that I need to use. Thanks for the idea! BTW, where do you get those huge tortillas?
Hi Brett. One thing we notice when we’re in Taos is that they only make Gordita style flour tortillas which make horrible burritos. Out here in Southern California thinner style flour tortillas are in every major grocery store chain. Your best bet is to buy them online and have them shipped to you. This green chile filling is so versatile. Burritos is just the tip of the iceberg. Im sure you’ll do great things with it! Enjoy!
Looks very very good! Definitely want to try, but can you tell me where I can get ground hatch green Chile powder? Sounds like a great ingredient to have around! Thanks!
Thank you for the kind words. You’re absolutely right about the green chile powder. You can use it in pretty much any dish. Their website is currently down but you can call Romero’s fruit and veggie stand and they’ll ship it to you. It’s all I use. It’s the best I’ve found. Romero's Fruit & Veggie Stand (505) 753-4189
Looks very good..............keep in mind if you are pouring hamburger fat down your drain it will solidify when it cools down inside your pipes. I use paper towels to remove fat.
@@chevypreps6417 Hi Chevypreps! hahah where were you $250.00 ago when I had to have my pipe snaked lol. Great advice! These days I do exactly as you recommend or for larger amounts of oil I keep an old empty tin can handy. Thank for watching and commenting with a very helpful informative tip. Take care, Steve
That was some beautiful green chili VCS, my family would adopt you, or assume you were one of us. Thank you for this amazing content. I found some God of Fire sticks, I'm sure they will be, quite, good considering the recommendation... 👍🍻💨 Take care. brother...
Looks delicious 😋
Was yummy 😋
Looks great! Awesome job Brother. Have a wonderful and bless day

@@Cookingwithsteveg I forget burritos are much bigger in CA, lol. I'll use what I have and just make two burritos instead of just one.
