About the opening: in the early phase, especially inclosed positions, the knights and bishops can often find useful squares; the rooks take much longer to show their power, and the king's bishops especially seem to be sorely missed when they are trade for q-side rooks. So the opening is a gambit, trading material for 'time'.
Playing anonymous is suspicious enough, for starters... Shouldn't be allowed for titled players. Then, "why would I be so stupid?"...is like an argument for every wrong-doing. I don't know why; youth have no morals or smth...
"Cheating" Tuesday is a joke, to many cases... It's a shame, im my databases, i exclude games of this "competition", i don't analyze, whatt matter is games OTB. Online events, are very suspicious, no garantee of fair play.
The reddit chess sub went wild over this, the guy playing told who he was. It doesn't seem like cheating. It's bold and would likely only work for speed chess. You prepare a line well in speed chess which probably gives an exchange back as odds if you know it far better than your opponent.
You can prepare this opening with engines...its ok....but how do you manage tactical issues within seconds....specially when it comes about your defending skills. Its been well established that computers are great in defending....in the other game on this channel I have seen that how this player defended a scary position with so little time. Big guns like Kasparov, Magnus, Fischer, Karpov, Nakamura would definitely fail to defend that position with so little time. Time is the only factor which is good enough to proove that it was just cheating.
Question : why should he sacrifice the exchange in every game if he wasn't cheating? It's a trick that cheaters do when they need to lower their accuracy.

This is why white should play 2. Ke2, mayking it physically impossible to take the bait on a6.
The Bong Cloud refutation.

One doesn't just walk in and beat GM Daniel Naroditsky
It's possible. Naroditsky loses plenty of matches and it was a blitz game.
I am not a GM , but those moves looks natural for the position although , some of them might be hard to find at their level with so little time..
The whole game needs to be analized
Since when is it cheating, to throw curve balls at players?

I dont think theres that much cheating, unless all of the best players are cheating…

Have you seen Hikaru defend in bullet?

Confirmation bias anyone?
If you prepare a line that the other player hasn't any prep for in speed chess, that's a major advantage.
