A wise teacher of mine referenced the bible (casting pearls before swines), to remind us to use discernment with whom we chose to share wisdom and how much, not just because not everyone is ready for certain wisdom in that moment, but to also help us "keep" the power of the wisdom within ourselves rather than allowing it to dissipate if shared without discernment (my words). Incidentally, in Umbanda, we learn to hold an unlit candle between our hands, close our eyes visualizing our wish, blowing the candle while imagining a light from our breath enbedding into it, then lighting the candle and putting it into a holder, and letting it burn out entirely on its own.
When i keep something close to the chest, it holds more power...which is why i can't talk about what i am manifesting and why i MUST speak out and name my fears. When my fears are spoken, they lose power.
This is such an insightful comment. I never speak of goals and what I am manifesting for the same reasons you mentioned. But I also never thought about speaking out and naming my fears so that they can lose their power. I'm going to start doing that now. Thank you.

Then the penny dropped as they say. You see every line we make, every mark, has information. That info is your subconscious speaking through the body's kinetyc system. Remote viewing works the same way. Where the idea is that our bodys share information with the environment, where your daily consciousness has no access, but by tunning in and becoming receptive to impressions, we can become aware of that which is the ether for lack of a better word.
Whenever planning a trip overseas if I tell everybody about it it completely falls apart and I can't go, had this happen 5 times. But when I keep my mouth shut until a few days before getting on the plane it goes ahead.

I have learned, experienced, seen and manifested so much in the past 5 years it's unbelievable and really hard to keep it all bottled up. I get excited and wanna share it with any and everyone who asks how am I doing, along with sharing my current endeavors. HUGE, HUGE MISTAKE in sharing your endeavors, even with those whom you love and trust. But I have this savior complex. I want people to experience and acquire the same things I have and more. I wanna let people know that this same power is within everyone. But when you talk to others about it, "your endeavors" the power dissipates. It weakens or change its course. This is why people love to talk to others about their problems because the problems, the feelings that you get somehow seem to fade away, and we don't realize that this power works the same way with what you intensely concentrate on when focusing on your endeavors. Great video. I've always used the petri-dish analogy. Manifesting a desired outcome is like growing bacteria in a petri dish. Your initial idea, is the strain of bacteria that you introduce to the dish. The energy you put into it, is you feeding it. The analogy covers both the idea of silence, and the idea of waiting patiently for the end result. Telling others about your working, is like letting them open up the petri dish and touch the experiment - introducing their own competing strains of bacteria in the process, and potentially ruining your experiment. Similarly, checking your own working too often, or inserting doubts like "Why isn't it working yet?" is like constantly opening your petri dish to check on the growth. You might get away with it sometimes, but each time you open the dish, there's a danger of some foreign bacteria getting in there. Better to do introduce the idea, give it sufficient energy, and then avoid disturbing it too often.
I’ve read about egregor energy. It’s like wishful thinking technique. If you say to a person, who doesn’t like you, about your goals, it can dismiss the effort. But if shared with a person, who likes or loves you, it will get energy boost.

The essay is entitled “Executable Dreamtime”by Mark Pesce, and explores ideas of language in Magick as well as life; it’s power and inherent flaws. The essay can be found in a compilation of occult essays by various authors entitled “The Book of Lies”, a nod to Crowley and his work if the same name.

This is crazy, perhaps what I’m about to share violates the very message of this video, but I’ve seen this video for years but never watched it, I had just finished my GD practice and had the thought “if your spirituality is working for you then you have no need talk about it” then I started reflecting on how much I’ve outwardly sought approval from others in general but specifically pertaining to spirituality, then I opened up my TH-cam and this was one of the first videos, definitely needed this message and it was the perfect time, thank you.
I've many times felt bad about keeping silent. Part of me wants to share the excitement I'm feeling about the things I'm creating, but I also have experienced that "expectation" or judgement that comes with revealing my intentions.

I told someone about what they think of the occult and he immediately thought i was some evil being i learned its not worth it sharing your ideas and feelings with others also some just cannot grasp the ideas these books "lectures" have to offer. The last point you mention: It is easier to talk about something than to achieve it... That made me realize why it's impossible for me to use affirmations or wishlists, or "dream boards." It's too easy for me to make perfect plans and never follow them through. Talking about dreams, even to yourself, distracts from the present. Thanks so much for pointing that out.
Thanks Denis, the other reason I personally feel silence is more important is, whatever your intentions are, people will always misinterpret and worst it's the same as casting pearls before swine. A useless and dangerous endeavour, dangerous in this age not because of being set fire too, but because it taints your personal belief and gives room for doubt to creep in.
A very valid point, Rahul! When we start seeing external validation from other people for our own practice, it's all too easy to start 'adapting' what should be our concern alone, just to please someone who doesn't necessarily know our path or our precise circumstances. 👍
There's no shortage of people that talk shit about their proficiency in every field of endeavor, they want people to know what they accomplished, who they know, where they've been always selling something. The person that really believes they are all that and more couldn't care less who else knows it. not everyone is supposed to learn it, it's not being selfish or "gatekeeping". but outside influence especially by people who see the world as is with very poor imagination they will dim YOUR light so while your failed attempts at giving them knowledge of freeing themselves doesn't even help them it breaks YOU in the process and cages you just like the rest of them. people don't want different. very few people do; some don't understand it and it's not your job by any means to explain anything.

But then again i have always locked myself from the outside world and i dont get along with people my age, that instagram life is just pure throw up to me. It is indeed since before Eleusis the secret to all magic that the Mystery or "Mysterion" IS always and ONLY the experience. Which is why reading a ritual in a book or imagining it lightly in your head will never replace the physical and sonic power of gesture and volume. The Hardest part about teaching people about this, is that they want answers to THEIR journey from another person. Its not hard to understand that I cant read a book I should not open. To anyone reading this, Take Magic as a metaphysical concept an idea that is given power through your intent and understanding. No one can teach you this, simply due to the fact they will never know what its like to be you. Your perceived struggles, pains, desires and passions. Your connection to the world or the people in your life. Magic has had a few names, your Path, your Dao, whatever name you give it. The flicker of a candle the sound of the wind, in Whatever way it manifests I hope you have a profound experience like I have had.
The fact that there are so many hucksters, pretenders, and wanna-bees out there, who really don't know anything, and are simply trying to ride the current neo-pagan trend for self-interest and personal gain, doesn't help either. Good, solid information is hard to come by... especially when any fool with an internet connection can claim to be a a priest, shaman, or druid. Add to that the fact that MOST of the information concerning the "old ways" are either outright lost - or Christianised to the point of uselessness - and finding a proper working path is all but impossible. I have personally given up trying to teach anybody anything, simply because I'm tired of having to wade through all the bullshit and nonsense that most people seem to gravitate to. ...I'm also pretty fed-up with people coming at me either wanting a love spell or curse, then turning around and wanting to undo it when it works, but doesn't come with the results they delusionally believed it would. Actions - and spells - come with consequences, kiddies. So be damned sure you're prepared for 'em before you wade off into something you know next to nothing about.

There have been quite a few others though, most running a business selling candles, herbs, and other items. By and large, if the person is selling something, or has self-published a book they're selling on Amazon... you're better off to just keep on walking and pass 'em by. Oh, and for what it's worth, I've never taken so much as one copper penny for anything I've taught, or any work I've done for anyone else. Mostly because I don't ever want to end up doing what I do for money, or have it turn into a "job". The Thoth deck hahaha I was a person that was excited to share everything as so much was happening at once. I then had an intense out of body meditation where I was told by someone close to Thoth (I can’t say who) the important of secrecy. And that if I need to take this path I have to remember that the only way to make it “sacred” is through “secrecy”. Crazy how much powerful I’m becoming since and how much more in love with these teaching I am since it’s something FOR ME only. Everyone’s initiation is different, don’t take anyone’s rules or path on what needs to be done for YOU to walk that path. If it’s meat for you, it will find you. Forcing initiation is an ego trap hence why we have a lot of egotistical teachers.

I have seen Magick as a way of self transformation. The great work as it pertains to individuation. I’ve learned from stoicism that the outer world is out of our control so I focus only on the inner. Paradoxically once you realize that outcomes are in the hand of fate and you can only truly control your reaction to it. Suddenly you have power over the situation. Great video as always. The outer world is out of control because everyone ALLOWS AND ACCEPS IT AND DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT even the large amount of people who can dramatically change things will never believe that is a huge possibility for billions of people in similar situations
Many Native American tribes believed in "dreams of power", and held that such dreams must not be shared with others for at least a certain length of time, at minimum. To share it with others somehow dilutes its power. Their shamans believe that such dreams, and the power they bring to the Dreamer, must be allowed to "cook" for the full benefit to be obtained. Failure to do so may result in a loss of power, and even some kind of "spiritual backlash" or a turn of bad luck (a "magickal backfire", from a Western perspective). What we call "magick" in the West mostly boils down to an attempt to dream reality in a desired direction whilst awake, by breaking down the partition between the waking and the unconscious mind. Same principle, no?
My Mexican culture yes, we look into a black obsidian mirror and see unto ourselves creat our dreams at night and the moon is out and we dream and it will become vivid and our creation will start forming Tezcatlipoca the smoking mirror.

I think that rule of silence is golden. Every person has their own journey that's only for them. If everyone had all the keys to every door would they open them or resist the temptation? I am proud to be a witch but don't tell people I work with my practice nor do I open my books up to others. The journey to acquire any magical knowledge is a lifetime and what you learned should stay with you only. I totally get the lower self reminded the higher to eat,take a bath,ect. And silencing the mind so demons do not enter is a must! I learned that one the hard way. I found this video to be exactly what I needed today. I really enjoyed it thank you.
I have a question does magick go against God? I recently have learned a trick and i am not sure if its psychosis or what but others have experienced with me. It could be used for good if i could figure it out but not exactly sure should i quit experimenting and leave it alone or keep trying? I have had these dreams since i was a kid and i don't want to see them evolve into reality but also i feel like i have been given away out or a path that doesn't involve that trick what do you think?

This is an excellent discussion about the importance of silence. Since you've requested comments about other reasons for why silence is important, I'd like to mention one that to me seems to actually be one of the most important reasons for silence. Keeping silent requires discipline and developing that discipline goes hand in hand with building the discipline required for study, for ritual practice, for silencing the mind, and for keeping one's ego in check. I also believe that breaking silence take our internal energy and power and releases it into the world. Keeping silence builds discipline but it also contains that power and energy within ourselves so that we can direct it to our magickal practice, making it that much more powerful.
Along these lines, I'm speculating that sharing a magical project with another person could change things at the sub-atomic level thereby changing the outcome probability for better or worse.
Fantastic video. Another thing to note: silence helps to keep something sacred. So if a secret (such as the ceremonies and symbols of a magical lodge) is kept secret, it becomes sacred if it is held in that light by the members. Even if the symbol or ceremony has no significance to the world at large, secrecy turns it into a sort of sacred secret or tradition that holds a level of energy because of that sacred energy that is maintained.

What is your reason for proclaiming that you practice magic? Are you trying to find like minded people, recruit converts, or blow people's minds with how exceptional you are?

I don't practice magic myself and I've always been doubtful of self proclaimed witches, seems to me if one truly were one the results would speak for themselves.
PiZLe are you entirely sure about this? I thought the same for a long time until I had an experience with other individuals present that witnessed the same exact thing. This led me to believe that Theurgy was more than just a form of askesis and a way of tapping into the subconscious mind. These other individuals were completely ignorant on such matters and yet they witnessed the same things as I. I too have read plenty of Jung and manly p hall, Algis Uzdavinys as well as many others; stay away from this shit.

Keeping silence is also about knowing when to talk and when not to. Using your energy to its utmost and not sabotaging ourselves through revealing what is before it takes form, in a sense “don’t talk of worlds that never where” or in other words say what you mean and mean what you say. We may say something yet not have the intentions to truly do it and by talking we assume the pride of achieving without actually achieving. Know what it is that needs to be said and say it at the right time, wisdom is the profound spoken simply and conveyed without confusion.
When I was young, there was a popular children's character called Tom the cabin boy (in Captain Pugwash). He was the most resourceful but unacclaimed character, and whenever he accomplished something amazing, the narrator always said, Tom the cabin boy smiled and said nothing. Never mind magick, it's just good advice in general. YOU know who you are. That's all.
There is also another reason to keep silent. To keep your time to yourself... We need lots of time to study the ritual, to read the books, to do the necessary inner work, to commune with the other beings etc... If you start to talk about this you will quickly find out how this eats away from the time you put to your Magick. It's fine to talk about it with genuinely interested people occasionally; but otherwise you simply don't have the time or the inclination to do so. This has been food for thought, because when I was permitted to be initiated to the inner mysteries, I could change the world by using my voice to speak truth with full disclosure and transparency....been stuck in here since at least 2017, so y'all on your own, guys.
Not sure how I ended up here, but I'll leave a comment: I was told to keep it silent (although I kinda blew it a bit with my animated series). Still, another reason to keep silence that you might not have talked much about is to not break the illusion for people who need the illusion. I think one reason why this needs to be hidden from the mainstream is because for the majority of humans in this planet, this would simply be a distraction to their true purpose in this life. Some people need to believe the illusion is real to have the experiences they need. Can you see why on the movie Matrix, telling everyone about the Matrix would be a terrible idea? There are many examples, but to give one, imagine that you came to this life looking for an experience where you need to mistakenly think your loved one is dead, so you can test how you will react to that fake news. Will you kill yourself or learn to overcome the feeling of hopelessness? But then, through magic you learn that your loved one is actually alive, completely blowing away the test that you had planned for yourself to learn about yourself. To avoid breaking the illusion, some spirits shut down their ears completely to the occult knowledge. They might even get physically aggressive if you try to tell them something, and it's their right to preserve that illusion. We need to respect that. The knowledge is there only for those who seek with their hearts.
You were told to keep it silent by an agent. . “Telling someone about the matrix” wouldn’t be a bad thing.. especially when neo and his closest were so close to braking it, as so many of our groups are right now. At some point, it can speed up the process . Those who don’t want to hear, can’t hear it, or brake down because of it. That’s just on them. Not everybody can be saved. The world is heading towards a mass awakening and you’re going to be losing a lot of close ones.. the world is cleansing itself from those who are too low a frequency.

This is what I have recently come to accept. I've only been consistently practicing and working with the occult and this is one thing I have come to realize and accept. Some ppl need the illusion to be real...to live. It's like how my parents are Jehovah's Witnesses, and even though I tried to present them with proof and facts...even in their own Bible...they seem to freak out over the concept that all organized religion itself is a scam. I've accepted that they will never accept that...so I stay silent. It actually keeps me more calm and at peace inside.

Regarding the quantum mechanics mention, yes! I tried to tell some people on reddit they shouldn't tell everyone what their desired manifestations were because then strangers would all be throwing their energy (which may be highly contrasting or negative) at their manifestation, which could shake or delay it if they weren't 💯 solid on what they were drawing. It was the most down voted comment I've ever posted. 😂😂

The main reason that I have attributed to abiding to the fourth word "to be silent" is because I do not want to put the energy of the magical work into dissipation, which would happen by people talking about it, therefore, the energy stays directed and focused on its course to fulfill the will. The biggest secret is about spirituality. Everything we have become to know and understand about spirituality is a fallacy. Simply look at what’s dominating spirituality. Tesla knew this. He gave us hints. He been quoted saying; and I’m paraphrasing of course: to discover the secrets to the universe understand 369. 3 includes:the 1st 3 dimensions and part of the fourth. 3 also represents the consciousness or conscious plain. 6 includes: 4th, 5th, 6th of course and part of 7. This also represents the subconscious. 9 includes all dimensions (the power of 9). This represents the collective consciousness. If you control what information that is placed into the conscious realms, you can control the world. Create a hive mind. I see it as being emblematic of individuals who are a part/cog of/in the system but who claim to be apart from it (eg. a human) without genuinely understanding what it means to be a human or to be able to step outside of your 'self'. That's the only way narratives can't affect you and the primary way to do a job in a non-political fashion (by removing any aspect of 'identity'.)

I like the statement of the mind needs to be quiet, when told to be quiet. So true. Except I think that the mind is the thinking apparatus for the spirit. The mind is the spirit form of the brain, which knows whatever your soul knows. So the brain is really what needs to be controlled BY the mind. So I've spent the better part of a week, typically before bed but lately just during the day when I have time, watching your videos. I just want to thank you for producing what I have to say is the most easy to understand explanations for things regarding magic and mysticism that I've ever encountered. The way you describe things has led me to have quite lot of "oh wow!" moments as so much has finally been made clear to me that I just didn't understand at all before. I really appreciate your method of teaching this material. I've understood there to be some sort of power in willing or "praying" for a future probability to come into into reality for a long time as I too have had some experiences in life that I felt like came from my energy put out into the ether. It's only been through your videos though that I see so much logic in some of the rituals and meditation in putting the mind in a better state to transmit/receive that flow. I'm considering finally attempting to put into practice some of what I've seen here and not just being a casual observer anymore.

It's best explained in the book THE WAR OF ART. . .by Steven Pressfield Basically one aspect of this is when people know you're involved in any kind of creative work. They actively seek to distract to discourage. Indeed it seems to be almost a spiritual force of entropy and apathy. To block and stop the would be creator.
Odd. I was feeling so motivated and creative just yesterday, but now I feel "dim"... Like there's a fog in my brain where it used to function clearly. I've changed nothing much from my routine so I'm wondering what happened to me. Like maybe I'm just being hormonal- even though I had a good enough diet and fast this week... You can become so lost in keeping up with jargon that you fall for the sunken cost fallacy of closing your mind to other ideas and believing some as absolute truths.
I found isolation to be key for energy development, not just from the masses, but also to specific locations for extended retreats; water sources, forestry/tree tops total darkness or candle lightings. I feel guided lifelong by it, though I don't want to taint anything with new perceptions, that I'm still learning, to be definitive. The saying "Focus on the spirit and not the form." is undeniably true to me. Silence the mind and one can be taught, BE learned.
Forest tree tops are fun, I learn to follow safety guide lines. Nothing to spread fire, hide your light source to avoid location. And tie yourself properly to the tree so you don't fall out and injure yourself. Trench your site to create two to three foot thick dirt safety walls to protect yourself from gunfire or arrows, and shrub/ hedge wall in front of the trench to keep others from falling in. From pass experience it is no safe to camp in the forest during hunting season, then you still have to deal with year around dumb azzes. I was sleeping on a tree house plat form one night and a raccoon hunter put a shot gun blast through my floor just missing my head and that happen out of hunting season.

I don't think that much effort to protect the secrets are required necessarily because most people intentionally or unintentionally (depending on how you look at it) ignore or don't understand the information being provided to them. In these circumstances, ignorance is bliss. Usually the Rule of Three takes care of the ill doers who want to abuse such information.

I keep mostly silent about my practice. The main reason is that while I know what it is I do and believe, it is very difficult to put into words for uninitiated folk, even for people just getting into the occult and know a little already. So much so that I usually preface each discussion about my practice with the phrase, "How much time do you have?" or "How interested are you in hearing me ramble?"

But yes, occultists most definitely hang out and associate with each other, online and in public. I am of the spirit of being an inspiration to others of what I do and how I do it...to find out...the more you say the more people will use that against you. Now, silence is my friend. I have thought of deleting my social media, but I figure it is where I was and now I am where I need to be...I still believe in inspiring others...there's enough that I have said to be inspiring...but no more. That endorphin part is very accurate. Whenever I start something I just get very excited and I just think and think of the outcome and it's as if I had done it. 9/10 I am left with absolutely no drive to do the thing. It's like Borge's fable "On exactitude in science" in which the map makers become so good at making a map that people just end up living on its ruins and the map outlasts the empire. You create a map in your head of how it'll be when you achieve your goal and you instead end up living there and the idea outlasts the "result"
I have issues with procrastination supposedly due to my generalized anxiety. But I kid you not, EVERY SINGLE TIME I am sharing my plans with other ppl, I end up quitting. It took me years to get it through my thick skull to stop "bragging" about what I am about to do, like a fool. I mean. Like The Fool. I was really identifying with The Fool. Funny enough, through therapy I understood that my inner child is leading my life, through fear and uncertainty. It all connected.
The finger to the lips of child deities symbolized youth and the fact that from a cognitive development perspective, children are more open to absorbing and understanding symbols and meaning than older folks whose minds are less open or willing to accept new things. This is why it is much easier for children to learn languages at an early age. Also, children often put their fingers in their mouths and this does't imply anything about silence or secrecy. So from an esoteric perspective the idea is that an open mind like a child is the only way to be able to truly grasp deeper meanings associated with various symbols. This goes along with the whole development and evolution of writing from picture based symbols thousands of years prior to Greece. And as such it is an evolution in cognitive function and understanding in being able to ascribe meaning first to symbols, then to sounds and then to letters which are simplified symbols for alphabets and grammar which have less layers of meaning than the old pictograph writing systems. The Greeks then used that as the basis for Harpocrates as part of the Hermetic system which was an aberration of the ancient system in the Nile Valley as writing was no no longer based on pictograms and thus layers of meaning were no longer obvious in religious and cultural contexts. Whereas in the ancient Nile Valley everyone understood that there was "magic" in everything and this was part of the cosmology and the symbolism of the writing and the purpose of rituals was to evoke that. Whereas in the GrecoRoman era there came the rise in orthodoxy in religion and ritual which strictly limited the expressions of "magic" in ritual and cultural expression, especially into the Medieval era. Hence, secrecy became a thing. Hence what was a normal part of everyday "magic" and ritual invoking the "gods" became an underground practice and a lot of other stuff got grafted onto it over time.
It's not just to protect themselves, it's also to protect others from harming themselves. Most orders teach heavy things like kundalini, which is not a joke and not a toy and if it isn't raised or cultivated right can seriously harm you.

Everytime I think about learning more about all of this, I get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information and opposing views and ideas. And I just end up thinking, "why bother?"
There is a lot out there, but isn’t that the same with different professions or even subsets of a single profession. If you only thought about looking into it out of curiosity then it is best to stay away. Because there is no point in just reading and trying to comprehend the information because it will make no sense to your logical mind. I believe unless you are doing the work along with the study then you are right “why bother”. If you want a quick crash course of some of the stuff you could always YT Uncle bearheart. I’ve definitely read here and there and agreed with the writer, that saying goals aloud can sometimes stall the process. As well as the person your telling developing their own expectations, ultimately picking away at motivation. However, I hadn’t read nor was I even aware that endorphins were being released all the same. That’s very interesting because I have a degree in psychology, and either I missed that somewhere along the way, or it wasn’t something discussed. It makes so much sense. I believe humans are innately inquisitive/nosey lol Especially when it comes to people that care about each other. So loved ones or friends will be quick to ask a person what their plan is or what the end result of situation will be. This can be one instance where, “mind your business”, can be a positive instead of a negative thing to say. Just said with a smile. 😜
This makes a lot of sense. Oftentimes the goals we set for ourselves cannot be communicated appropriately unless the person you confide with can co-imagine your vision. Sharing with others your hopes and dreams can be like like giving people a technology they have no idea how to use, so rather than a positive reception, ignorance takes over and may counteract the very intention of a better future.
This may be off topic, but someone might find it interesting. Piston style over unity electric generator. By AMA Motor segment: 1 motor with bar connected to it standing vertically circular disc connected to bar that has magnets embedded in it surrounded in high permeability material to focus magnets outward pushing force in an upwards direction from top of disc. Power Bar segment (Just name I gave it) Hollowed out cylindrical Bar of material horizontally positioned. donut shaped material with openings around its flat edge for magnets surrounded in high permeability material to be embedded. place these all along the cylindrical bar connected to it solidly. except at far ends of bar. At both ends of bar rings of material that can be magnetically repelled in specific locations (magnetically repelled in specific location is in reference to outside of ring area that faces away from center of bar)(Other side of same ring facing in towards center of bar is capable of magnetic repulsion all around) are connected solidly to bar. points of repulsion on these rings is off set from each other on each end of bar. 3 Hollow donut ring structure with connecting bar: Ring structure has all magnetic repulsion on inside of donut shape & and can rap around the main bar so that the bar wont be causing friction on things as it moves back and forth. 1st positioned around far left of bar, 2nd position center of bar & 3rd positioned on far right of bar. Tube structure is constructed in two parts that fit together on top of each other length wise over main structure & has openings for bar to the Ring structure that is connected around the main bar keeping it from causing friction on structure with it's magnetic padding. This tube structure is designed with material that does not block magnetic fields. Perhaps some type of transparent material glass or other. At both ends of the tube structure there is a built in groove that will house a disc, the groove has 4 points, top bottom left and right that has small magnets embedded in it on the inside so that the pushing force from magnets is pushing in towards the edge of disc that goes in this spot. The disc has ring around it that is repelled by magnetic fields so the 4 small magnets will keep it lined up but it will be able to spin without causing friction on structure. The disc has openings on it's flat side that face inside of tube and magnets surrounded in high permeability material are embedded in this disc. The disc has small bar that is connected to it that goes all the way to the other end of Power bar structure through the center of the hollowed out bar and connects to disc on other end. Disc on other end is set up the same but magnets embedded in it are off set in comparison. As first disc spins the magnetic fields will push against specific spot on disc connected directly to bar, pushing bar in other direction, once bar is fully pushed over, further spinning of disc will then align the other sides magnet to push it back. Tube structure also has half moon shaped protrusion on inside and on both halves so when tube is connected they line up to make a full ring shape on inside of tube, these half moon shaped protrusions have at least 1 small round opening on it's side in middle of curve that faces away from center of bar. The opening has a small magnet embedded in it so magnetic force is repelling out sideways away from center of bar. The protruding ring is positioned to line up slightly further in towards center of bar then the ring of magnetically repelled material connected directly to bar. This way when bar moves to right this magnet will act as a stopper keeping bar from going to far & same setup on other side will keep bar from going to far to left. Copper coil setup: copper coils are wound up as if wound around the width of wood board for a distance equal to width of magnetic ring setup on bar. Wound copper coils are then looped around the tube like a donut lined up perpendicular to magnetic fields. Ends of copper coils are connected into separate construct that will allow electrical current to flow somewhere else. Circular construct is built like a stand that goes around the outside of motor segment. Circular construct has flat ring of high permeability (magnetic field shielding) material that has small openings that will allow magnetic fields through specific locations. Top of circular construct has groove to allow the power bar to balance on. Circular construct can also be placed on other end of power bar so it is balanced. The motor segment is positioned so the disc connected to the bar that is connected to the motor is lined up so the disc passes under the power bars disc that is at end of power bar. The high permeability material keeps the magnetic field from the embedded magnets exerting their force upwards from hitting into the disc in the power bar until just the right moment when the impact will cause the disc in power bar to spin which will perpetuate the piston motion in the power bar. More power bars of the same design are built and positioned around the motor segment in a circular fashion all the way around. The bar connected to the motor can be increased in length to desired height and more of the exact same setup is repeated higher and higher up maximizing the over unity potential of the construct to ridiculous proportions. :D Current from the power bars is diverted to power the motor as needed and all other current is diverted to power my game console or the world. :) Interesting variation to this design would be to connect the spinning discs on far ends of power bar to main bar that magnets are connected to so the magnets spin instead of getting pistoned back and forth. So long as moving magnetic fields are perpendicular to copper wires it should work. By AMA

You see every line we make, every mark, has information. That info is your subconscious speaking through the body's kinetyc system.
Remote viewing works the same way. Where the idea is that our bodys share information with the environment, where your daily consciousness has no access, but by tunning in and becoming receptive to impressions, we can become aware of that which is the ether for lack of a better word.

I really needed to hear this. I have learned, experienced, seen and manifested so much in the past 5 years it's unbelievable and really hard to keep it all bottled up. I get excited and wanna share it with any and everyone who asks how am I doing, along with sharing my current endeavors. HUGE, HUGE MISTAKE in sharing your endeavors, even with those whom you love and trust. But I have this savior complex. I want people to experience and acquire the same things I have and more. I wanna let people know that this same power is within everyone. But when you talk to others about it, "your endeavors" the power dissipates. It weakens or change its course. This is why people love to talk to others about their problems because the problems, the feelings that you get somehow seem to fade away, and we don't realize that this power works the same way with what you intensely concentrate on when focusing on your endeavors. KEEP SILENT PLEASE. Silent within yourself and when it comes to sharing with others!!! The bible says you should commune with yourself "the Lord". I noticed that once I become silent and focused, it comes into fruition much easier and quicker. "Concentrated energy"

Great video. I've always used the petri-dish analogy. Manifesting a desired outcome is like growing bacteria in a petri dish. Your initial idea, is the strain of bacteria that you introduce to the dish. The energy you put into it, is you feeding it. The analogy covers both the idea of silence, and the idea of waiting patiently for the end result.
Telling others about your working, is like letting them open up the petri dish and touch the experiment - introducing their own competing strains of bacteria in the process, and potentially ruining your experiment.
Similarly, checking your own working too often, or inserting doubts like "Why isn't it working yet?" is like constantly opening your petri dish to check on the growth. You might get away with it sometimes, but each time you open the dish, there's a danger of some foreign bacteria getting in there.
Better to do introduce the idea, give it sufficient energy, and then avoid disturbing it too often.

This is crazy, perhaps what I’m about to share violates the very message of this video, but I’ve seen this video for years but never watched it, I had just finished my GD practice and had the thought “if your spirituality is working for you then you have no need talk about it” then I started reflecting on how much I’ve outwardly sought approval from others in general but specifically pertaining to spirituality, then I opened up my TH-cam and this was one of the first videos, definitely needed this message and it was the perfect time, thank you.

I told someone about what they think of the occult and he immediately thought i was some evil being i learned its not worth it sharing your ideas and feelings with others also some just cannot grasp the ideas these books "lectures" have to offer. Thanks Denis, the other reason I personally feel silence is more important is, whatever your intentions are, people will always misinterpret and worst it's the same as casting pearls before swine. A useless and dangerous endeavour, dangerous in this age not because of being set fire too, but because it taints your personal belief and gives room for doubt to creep in.

The fact that there are so many hucksters, pretenders, and wanna-bees out there, who really don't know anything, and are simply trying to ride the current neo-pagan trend for self-interest and personal gain, doesn't help either.

The Thoth deck hahaha I was a person that was excited to share everything as so much was happening at once. I then had an intense out of body meditation where I was told by someone close to Thoth (I can’t say who) the important of secrecy. And that if I need to take this path I have to remember that the only way to make it “sacred” is through “secrecy”. Crazy how much powerful I’m becoming since and how much more in love with these teaching I am since it’s something FOR ME only. Everyone’s initiation is different, don’t take anyone’s rules or path on what needs to be done for YOU to walk that path. If it’s meat for you, it will find you. Forcing initiation is an ego trap hence why we have a lot of egotistical teachers.

I have seen Magick as a way of self transformation. The great work as it pertains to individuation. I’ve learned from stoicism that the outer world is out of our control so I focus only on the inner. The outer world is out of control because everyone ALLOWS AND ACCEPS IT AND DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT even the large amount of people who can dramatically change things will never believe that is a huge possibility for billions of people in similar situations
Many Native American tribes believed in "dreams of power", and held that such dreams must not be shared with others for at least a certain length of time, at minimum. To share it with others somehow dilutes its power. Their shamans believe that such dreams, and the power they bring to the Dreamer, must be allowed to "cook" for the full benefit to be obtained. Failure to do so may result in a loss of power, and even some kind of "spiritual backlash" or a turn of bad luck (a "magickal backfire", from a Western perspective).
What we call "magick" in the West mostly boils down to an attempt to dream reality in a desired direction whilst awake, by breaking down the partition between the waking and the unconscious mind. Same principle, no?
My Mexican culture yes, we look into a black obsidian mirror and see unto ourselves creat our dreams at night and the moon is out and we dream and it will become vivid and our creation will start forming Tezcatlipoca the smoking mirror.

I am proud to be a witch but don't tell people I work with my practice nor do I open my books up to others. The journey to acquire any magical knowledge is a lifetime and what you learned should stay with you only. I totally get the lower self reminded the higher to eat,take a bath,ect. I have a question does magick go against God? I recently have learned a trick and i am not sure if its psychosis or what but others have experienced with me. It could be used for good if i could figure it out but not exactly sure should i quit experimenting and leave it alone or keep trying? This is an excellent discussion about the importance of silence. Since you've requested comments about other reasons for why silence is important, I'd like to mention one that to me seems to actually be one of the most important reasons for silence. Keeping silent requires discipline and developing that discipline goes hand in hand with building the discipline required for study, for ritual practice, for silencing the mind, and for keeping one's ego in check. I also believe that breaking silence take our internal energy and power and releases it into the world. Keeping silence builds discipline but it also contains that power and energy within ourselves so that we can direct it to our magickal practice, making it that much more powerful.
Along these lines, I'm speculating that sharing a magical project with another person could change things at the sub-atomic level thereby changing the outcome probability for better or worse.
Fantastic video. Another thing to note: silence helps to keep something sacred. So if a secret (such as the ceremonies and symbols of a magical lodge) is kept secret, it becomes sacred if it is held in that light by the members. Even if the symbol or ceremony has no significance to the world at large, secrecy turns it into a sort of sacred secret or tradition that holds a level of energy because of that sacred energy that is maintained.
The law of Silence/Discretion is why I survived practicing in the 1990's Bible Belt.

Keeping silence is also about knowing when to talk and when not to.
Using your energy to its utmost and not sabotaging ourselves through revealing what is before it takes form, in a sense “don’t talk of worlds that never where” or in other words say what you mean and mean what you say.
We may say something yet not have the intentions to truly do it and by talking we assume the pride of achieving without actually achieving.
Know what it is that needs to be said and say it at the right time, wisdom is the profound spoken simply and conveyed without confusion.
When I was young, there was a popular children's character called Tom the cabin boy (in Captain Pugwash). He was the most resourceful but unacclaimed character, and whenever he accomplished something amazing, the narrator always said, Tom the cabin boy smiled and said nothing. Never mind magick, it's just good advice in general. YOU know who you are. That's all.
There is also another reason to keep silent. To keep your time to yourself... We need lots of time to study the ritual, to read the books, to do the necessary inner work, to commune with the other beings etc... If you start to talk about this you will quickly find out how this eats away from the time you put to your Magick. It's fine to talk about it with genuinely interested people occasionally; but otherwise you simply don't have the time or the inclination to do so. This has been food for thought, because when I was permitted to be initiated to the inner mysteries, I could change the world by using my voice to speak truth with full disclosure and transparency....been stuck in here since at least 2017, so y'all on your own, guys.
Not sure how I ended up here, but I'll leave a comment: I was told to keep it silent (although I kinda blew it a bit with my animated series). Still, another reason to keep silence that you might not have talked much about is to not break the illusion for people who need the illusion.
I think one reason why this needs to be hidden from the mainstream is because for the majority of humans in this planet, this would simply be a distraction to their true purpose in this life. Some people need to believe the illusion is real to have the experiences they need. Can you see why on the movie Matrix, telling everyone about the Matrix would be a terrible idea?
There are many examples, but to give one, imagine that you came to this life looking for an experience where you need to mistakenly think your loved one is dead, so you can test how you will react to that fake news. Will you kill yourself or learn to overcome the feeling of hopelessness? But then, through magic you learn that your loved one is actually alive, completely blowing away the test that you had planned for yourself to learn about yourself.
To avoid breaking the illusion, some spirits shut down their ears completely to the occult knowledge. They might even get physically aggressive if you try to tell them something, and it's their right to preserve that illusion. We need to respect that. The knowledge is there only for those who seek with their hearts.

This is what I have recently come to accept. I've only been consistently practicing and working with the occult and this is one thing I have come to realize and accept. Some ppl need the illusion to be real...to live.
It's like how my parents are Jehovah's Witnesses, and even though I tried to present them with proof and facts...even in their own Bible...they seem to freak out over the concept that all organized religion itself is a scam. I've accepted that they will never accept that...so I stay silent.
It actually keeps me more calm and at peace inside.

Regarding the quantum mechanics mention, yes! I tried to tell some people on reddit they shouldn't tell everyone what their desired manifestations were because then strangers would all be throwing their energy (which may be highly contrasting or negative) at their manifestation, which could shake or delay it if they weren't 💯 solid on what they were drawing. It was the most down voted comment I've ever posted. 😂😂

I like the statement of the mind needs to be quiet, when told to be quiet. So true. Except I think that the mind is the thinking apparatus for the spirit. The mind is the spirit form of the brain, which knows whatever your soul knows. So the brain is really what needs to be controlled BY the mind. So I've spent the better part of a week, typically before bed but lately just during the day when I have time, watching your videos. I just want to thank you for producing what I have to say is the most easy to understand explanations for things regarding magic and mysticism that I've ever encountered. The way you describe things has led me to have quite lot of "oh wow!" moments as so much has finally been made clear to me that I just didn't understand at all before. I really appreciate your method of teaching this material. I've understood there to be some sort of power in willing or "praying" for a future probability to come into into reality for a long time as I too have had some experiences in life that I felt like came from my energy put out into the ether. It's only been through your videos though that I see so much logic in some of the rituals and meditation in putting the mind in a better state to transmit/receive that flow. I'm considering finally attempting to put into practice some of what I've seen here and not just being a casual observer anymore.

Basically one aspect of this is when people know you're involved in any kind of creative work. They actively seek to distract to discourage. Indeed it seems to be almost a spiritual force of entropy and apathy. To block and stop the would be creator.

I've changed nothing much from my routine so I'm wondering what happened to me. Like maybe I'm just being hormonal- even though I had a good enough diet and fast this week...

I found isolation to be key for energy development, not just from the masses, but also to specific locations for extended retreats; water sources, forestry/tree tops total darkness or candle lightings. I feel guided lifelong by it, though I don't want to taint anything with new perceptions, that I'm still learning, to be definitive. The saying "Focus on the spirit and not the form." is undeniably true to me. Silence the mind and one can be taught, BE learned.
Forest tree tops are fun, I learn to follow safety guide lines.
Nothing to spread fire, hide your light source to avoid location.
And tie yourself properly to the tree so you don't fall out and injure yourself.
Trench your site to create two to three foot thick dirt safety walls to protect yourself from gunfire or arrows, and shrub/ hedge wall in front of the trench to keep others from falling in. From pass experience it is no safe to camp in the forest during hunting season, then you still have to deal with year around dumb azzes. I was sleeping on a tree house plat form one night and a raccoon hunter put a shot gun blast through my floor just missing my head and that happen out of hunting season.

You also need you take into consideration that revelation is either, mostly true (which I highly doubt), or it's around 50/50 (maybe?), or that is mostly false (what I subscribe to)... So it would behoove you to do your research and never just take anyone's or anything's knowledge at face value, because in doing so it becomes HIGHLY POSSIBLE/PROBABLE that you get caught with your pants down.
We're currently in quite the predicament for nothing other than that issue... And it's gone on for so friggin long that you won't/don't and, will not or possibly ever... Even realize something of major discrepancy, that they could flaunt around, every single day right in your face yet be COMPLETELY fooled... And ultimately lead to being exploited or even extinguished.
That's I high price to pay, for not taking just a little time and a little effort, to go into life with better understanding and overall better outcome, for your path.

I keep mostly silent about my practice. The main reason is that while I know what it is I do and believe, it is very difficult to put into words for uninitiated folk, even for people just getting into the occult and know a little already. So much so that I usually preface each discussion about my practice with the phrase, "How much time do you have?" or "How interested are you in hearing me ramble?"

But yes, occultists most definitely hang out and associate with each other, online and in public. You can go to almost any coffee shop in Brooklyn and find at least one person willing to discuss esoteric subjects with you.

That endorphin part is very accurate. Whenever I start something I just get very excited and I just think and think of the outcome and it's as if I had done it. 9/10 I am left with absolutely no drive to do the thing.
It's like Borge's fable "On exactitude in science" in which the map makers become so good at making a map that people just end up living on its ruins and the map outlasts the empire.
You create a map in your head of how it'll be when you achieve your goal and you instead end up living there and the idea outlasts the "result"

I have issues with procrastination supposedly due to my generalized anxiety. But I kid you not, EVERY SINGLE TIME I am sharing my plans with other ppl, I end up quitting. It took me years to get it through my thick skull to stop "bragging" about what I am about to do, like a fool. I mean. Like The Fool. I was really identifying with The Fool. Funny enough, through therapy I understood that my inner child is leading my life, through fear and uncertainty. It all connected.
The finger to the lips of child deities symbolized youth and the fact that from a cognitive development perspective, children are more open to absorbing and understanding symbols and meaning than older folks whose minds are less open or willing to accept new things. This is why it is much easier for children to learn languages at an early age. Also, children often put their fingers in their mouths and this does't imply anything about silence or secrecy. So from an esoteric perspective the idea is that an open mind like a child is the only way to be able to truly grasp deeper meanings associated with various symbols. This goes along with the whole development and evolution of writing from picture based symbols thousands of years prior to Greece. And as such it is an evolution in cognitive function and understanding in being able to ascribe meaning first to symbols, then to sounds and then to letters which are simplified symbols for alphabets and grammar which have less layers of meaning than the old pictograph writing systems.
The Greeks then used that as the basis for Harpocrates as part of the Hermetic system which was an aberration of the ancient system in the Nile Valley as writing was no no longer based on pictograms and thus layers of meaning were no longer obvious in religious and cultural contexts. Whereas in the ancient Nile Valley everyone understood that there was "magic" in everything and this was part of the cosmology and the symbolism of the writing and the purpose of rituals was to evoke that. Whereas in the GrecoRoman era there came the rise in orthodoxy in religion and ritual which strictly limited the expressions of "magic" in ritual and cultural expression, especially into the Medieval era. Hence, secrecy became a thing. Hence what was a normal part of everyday "magic" and ritual invoking the "gods" became an underground practice and a lot of other stuff got grafted onto it over time.
It's not just to protect themselves, it's also to protect others from harming themselves. Most orders teach heavy things like kundalini, which is not a joke and not a toy and if it isn't raised or cultivated right can seriously harm you.

All of this made so much sense to me and obviously the most important things take place inside as the inside of anything, a pumpkin or a vessel or a human exists predominantly of inside only covered by a sheet, a surface layer of outside to protect it, This is the way everything is designed , the inside holds the weight so that is another reason nature points out that actually, it's the inside that matters and if anything has more surface than substance, it can only be superficial, literally. Everytime I think about learning more about all of this, I get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information and opposing views and ideas. And I just end up thinking, "why bother?"
There is a lot out there, but isn’t that the same with different professions or even subsets of a single profession. If you only thought about looking into it out of curiosity then it is best to stay away. Because there is no point in just reading and trying to comprehend the information because it will make no sense to your logical mind. I believe unless you are doing the work along with the study then you are right “why bother”. If you want a quick crash course of some of the stuff you could always YT Uncle bearheart. He has some older videos explaining from his experience what and how some of this stuff works. But I will warn you he has a much more aggressive personality may turn off a lot of people. Lol 😂

I’ve definitely read here and there and agreed with the writer, that saying goals aloud can sometimes stall the process. As well as the person your telling developing their own expectations, ultimately picking away at motivation. However, I hadn’t read nor was I even aware that endorphins were being released all the same. That’s very interesting because I have a degree in psychology, and either I missed that somewhere along the way, or it wasn’t something discussed. It makes so much sense. I believe humans are innately inquisitive/nosey lol Especially when it comes to people that care about each other. So loved ones or friends will be quick to ask a person what their plan is or what the end result of situation will be. This can be one instance where, “mind your business”, can be a positive instead of a negative thing to say. Just said with a smile. 😜
This makes a lot of sense. Oftentimes the goals we set for ourselves cannot be communicated appropriately unless the person you confide with can co-imagine your vision. Sharing with others your hopes and dreams can be like like giving people a technology they have no idea how to use, so rather than a positive reception, ignorance takes over and may counteract the very intention of a better future.

Motor segment:
1 motor with bar connected to it standing vertically
circular disc connected to bar that has magnets embedded in it surrounded in high permeability material to focus magnets outward pushing force in an upwards direction from top of disc.
Power Bar segment (Just name I gave it)
Hollowed out cylindrical Bar of material horizontally positioned.
donut shaped material with openings around its flat edge for magnets surrounded in high permeability material to be embedded.
place these all along the cylindrical bar connected to it solidly. except at far ends of bar.
At both ends of bar rings of material that can be magnetically repelled in specific locations (magnetically repelled in specific location is in reference to outside of ring area that faces away from center of bar)(Other side of same ring facing in towards center of bar is capable of magnetic repulsion all around) are connected solidly to bar. points of repulsion on these rings is off set from each other on each end of bar.
3 Hollow donut ring structure with connecting bar:
Ring structure has all magnetic repulsion on inside of donut shape & and can rap around the main bar so that the bar wont be causing friction on things as it moves back and forth. 1st positioned around far left of bar, 2nd position center of bar & 3rd positioned on far right of bar.
Tube structure is constructed in two parts that fit together on top of each other length wise over main structure & has openings for bar to the Ring structure that is connected around the main bar keeping it from causing friction on structure with it's magnetic padding. This tube structure is designed with material that does not block magnetic fields. Perhaps some type of transparent material glass or other. At both ends of the tube structure there is a built in groove that will house a disc, the groove has 4 points, top bottom left and right that has small magnets embedded in it on the inside so that the pushing force from magnets is pushing in towards the edge of disc that goes in this spot. The disc has ring around it that is repelled by magnetic fields so the 4 small magnets will keep it lined up but it will be able to spin without causing friction on structure. The disc has openings on it's flat side that face inside of tube and magnets surrounded in high permeability material are embedded in this disc. The disc has small bar that is connected to it that goes all the way to the other end of Power bar structure through the center of the hollowed out bar and connects to disc on other end. Disc on other end is set up the same but magnets embedded in it are off set in comparison. As first disc spins the magnetic fields will push against specific spot on disc connected directly to bar, pushing bar in other direction, once bar is fully pushed over, further spinning of disc will then align the other sides magnet to push it back. Tube structure also has half moon shaped protrusion on inside and on both halves so when tube is connected they line up to make a full ring shape on inside of tube, these half moon shaped protrusions have at least 1 small round opening on it's side in middle of curve that faces away from center of bar. The opening has a small magnet embedded in it so magnetic force is repelling out sideways away from center of bar. The protruding ring is positioned to line up slightly further in towards center of bar then the ring of magnetically repelled material connected directly to bar. This way when bar moves to right this magnet will act as a stopper keeping bar from going to far & same setup on other side will keep bar from going to far to left.
Copper coil setup:
copper coils are wound up as if wound around the width of wood board for a distance equal to width of magnetic ring setup on bar. Wound copper coils are then looped around the tube like a donut lined up perpendicular to magnetic fields. Ends of copper coils are connected into separate construct that will allow electrical current to flow somewhere else.
Circular construct is built like a stand that goes around the outside of motor segment.
Circular construct has flat ring of high permeability (magnetic field shielding) material that has small openings that will allow magnetic fields through specific locations. Top of circular construct has groove to allow the power bar to balance on. Circular construct can also be placed on other end of power bar so it is balanced. The motor segment is positioned so the disc connected to the bar that is connected to the motor is lined up so the disc passes under the power bars disc that is at end of power bar. The high permeability material keeps the magnetic field from the embedded magnets exerting their force upwards from hitting into the disc in the power bar until just the right moment when the impact will cause the disc in power bar to spin which will perpetuate the piston motion in the power bar. More power bars of the same design are built and positioned around the motor segment in a circular fashion all the way around. The bar connected to the motor can be increased in length to desired height and more of the exact same setup is repeated higher and higher up maximizing the over unity potential of the construct to ridiculous proportions. :D Current from the power bars is diverted to power the motor as needed and all other current is diverted to power my game console or the world. :) Interesting variation to this design would be to connect the spinning discs on far ends of power bar to main bar that magnets are connected to so the magnets spin instead of getting pistoned back and forth. So long as moving magnetic fields are perpendicular to copper wires it should work. By AMA

Never use the AEIOU in sigils. Grant explains this in his demonstration. The vowls make it void. So if you have used vowls without success, take them out and see how you get on
