    Today, I made baked cream cheese cookies with plenty of cream cheese in the dough!
    Usually, cream cheese cookies are baked by wrapping cream cheese in dough, but I made them by putting a lot of cream cheese in the dough. But strangely enough, when I ate it the next day after it had aged for a day, it tasted like cheesecake! It had a moist and fluffy texture, the cream cheese flavor was great, and it even tasted like cheesecake, so I really enjoyed it.
    These cookies must be completely cooled before eating to enjoy them!
    On the day it is made, it is crispy on the outside and moist and soft on the inside, with a slightly chewy texture. And after maturing at room temperature for a day, if you eat it the next day, you can enjoy it as a soft cookie that tastes like cheesecake with the flavor of cream cheese exploding.
    Personally, I recommend eating it the next day!
    The cookies I made today are a recipe I created after going through a lot of testing to create the cheesecake flavor I wanted and the pretty cracks.

    🍪 Cream Cheese Cookie 🍪
    ▶ Ingredients ◀ Enough for 8 cookies, approximately 8.5cm in diameter
    🔥 Preheat at 170℃ for 15 minutes, bake at 160℃ for 15-16 minutes
    50g unsalted butter
    100g cream cheese
    115g sugar
    1g salt
    Egg 17g
    1g vanilla extract
    2g lemon juice
    110g all-purpose flour
    2g baking powder
    1g baking soda
    Sugar powder
    ◼ Storage method ◼
    - If you eat it after aging it at room temperature for a day, it will taste like cheesecake and the flavor will improve, so you can enjoy it more deliciously. Store at room temperature and consume within 3 days. If you want to consume longer, store in the freezer and consume within 3 weeks.

    I baked these cookies/biscuits yesterday! But I wrongly calculated the amount of ingrediences, because I was multiplying the recipe for bigger measurments. My dough was too runny in the owen. BUT OH MY GOD the cookies turned out absolutely delicious! My whole family loved them, really sweet and savory dessert! Thank you very much for really good recipe. ♥ I'm going to bake them again (with right measurments) very soon.

    크랙이 안나와서 진짜 고생했는데 결론은 설탕녹기전에 빨리 섞고 설탕 휘핑이고 뭐고 섞이기만 하면 그대로 다음 단계 넘어가서 반죽만들고 팬닝해서 바로 구워버리는게 베스트인가봐요.
    이제서야 크랙나옴 ㅠ

      좀 작은 오븐은 온도 살짝 올리는 거 추천드려요! 동영상은 우녹스같이 큰 오븐인 거 같아서 올려구웠더니 딱 이쁘게 잘 나왔어요〰️ (오븐이 너무 작으면 또 탈 거 같아서.. 봐가면서 구우시는 거 추천) 이거 진짜 맛있네요 ㅠㅠ! 2배합하고 설탕 50그람정도 뺐더니 별로 달지도 않고 계속 손 가요.. 숙성시켜야하는데 그 전에 다먹게생겼어요

    달단 얘기많아서 설탕 100g으로 줄이고, 8개 말고 12개로 소분해서 14분 구웠어요. 빠르게 작업하니까 생각보다 안퍼져서 조금더 납작하게 구워야하네요. 퍼지는 분들은 설탕 너무 녹도록 길게 휩해서 그럴거예요. 댓에 누가 50g이나 줄였다했는데 설탕은 너무 많이 줄이지마세요 다 역할이 있으니까요. 폭신하고 치즈케이크 맛 난다는게 무슨 말인지 알겠어요. 다만 수분이 많은 쿠키다보니 위의 슈가파운더가 녹아서 포장은 좀 애매하네요. 포장하지않는다면 또 만들고 싶은 쿠키예요

      그러셨군요 ㅠㅜ 그럼 다음에 해보실땐 반죽을 오븐팬에 팬닝 후에 냉장실에 넣지 마시고 바로 손에 물만 살짝 묻혀서 눌러주신후에 슈가파우더 뿌리고 구워보시겠어요? 팬닝후에 냉장실에 넣어둘때, 사용하는 냉장실에 따라서 반죽이 조금 더 많이 굳을 수있는데 그렇게 되면 크랙이 잘 안나올 수 있을 것 같아요. 냉장휴지 없이 바로 반죽을 누를땐 라텍스 장갑을 끼면 조금 더 수월하게 만드실 수 있습니다. ^^

      제가 오베님은 아니지만 제 경험상 말씀을 드리자면, 설탕이 너무 많이 녹았거나 윗불 온도가 낮아서?일수도 있을 것 같아용~!
      저는 미니오븐이라서 윗불 아랫불 조절이 안되는데 그래서 초반에는 맨 윗칸에 넣어서 굽고(이때 저는 이미 크랙이 생겼더라구용) 후반에 몇분 남았을 때에는 (그냥 익힌다는 개념으로)중간칸으로 옮겨서 구워주면
      크랙이 생겼어용~!!

      스프레드 크림치즈는 살짝만 주걱으로 풀어줘도 많이 묽어져서 결과물이 많이 달라질 것 같아요. 그만큼 달걀을 줄이거나 밀가루의 양을 늘려야하기 때문에 추천하지 않습니다. ^^
