Cette recette est délicieuse. Je n'ai pas eu la même texture de pâte comme dans la vidéo, la mienne était plus ferme. Jai donc rajouté 20 grammes de beurre, la texture était plus fine mais toujours pas autant que la vidéo. Je n'avais plus de bicarbonate, jai donc mis de la levure chimique. Le résultat était super !!! Jai tellement adoré que jai refait une nouvelle fournée 1 heure après 😂
I already made this cookie 2 times but they always turn out not right. The first time I made it the dough is too thick and there is no crack on the surface. The second time the dough kinda runny, there is crack on the surface but it doesnt flatten out. Also my cookie color is waay too dark. So my question is, (1) can I add like milk or more liquid to make it runny? (2) what kind of dark chocolate do you use? I use dark choco compound but it was too dark, can I use milk choco compound instead? If anyone can share their knowledge please share it with me. Thank you! P.s the taste is great but the look isn't

i saw a lot of comments which dont really approve this recipe.. idk tbh😭 they turned out really flat, even though they have beautiful cracks,, they also spread out too much they look silly💔💔 BUT! they are incredibly TASTY AND CHEWY!!! i used milk chocolate instead of dark ( reduced amount of sugar from 65g to 40g ), and all-purpose flour instead of cake flour. i recommend this recipe, especially if you dont mind its looks💗

It happened to me also, but in my case was that I used aluminum foil and spreaded oil, that caused the dough spread away and I didn't had the ice cream scoop so.. I recommend to use the type of paper that use in the video ( sorry if there's any grammar mistakes, english isn't my first language)

Wouldn’t recommend that, often it is just not exact enough just to measure it in Cups etc. As soon as one ingredient is off, the consistency won’t be good and the cookie may taste and especially look different 😊 I definitely would recommend to invest into a scale, its just easier that way👍🏻
seiously baking soda instead of baking powder? im confused because a lot of brownie cookies recipes using baking powder and isnt the baking soda make chocolate look darker and bitter?
Table dairy, everything was going good until I put it in the fridge. When I took it out, it was thick and had air bubbles like a cake batter am adding some water hopefully fixes it
It always feels strange to me when I see „unsalted butter” on the ingredients list. I have literally never saw salted butter in any shop in my country.
@@SimMess salted butter is the kind you spread on toast, tea cakes, scones and eat with straight away. Unsalted is usually what people cook with like frying or baking.

Is there any difference between all purpose flour and cake flour?
yes cake flour has less protein than all purpose
you can make cake flour by mixing all purpose flour with cornstarch; google for correct proportions

레시피 대로 벌써 두번째 시도 했는데 반죽이 되직하게 되네요 ㅠㅡㅜ 뭐가 문제인걸까요? 계란양을 늘려볼까요? 구우면 잘 퍼지지도 않고 쫀득한 느낌보다는 퍼슬퍼슬 빵처럼 되요. ㅠ 베이킹 소다가 문제인지 밀가루의 문제인지...알 수가 없네요.

Mix
1 egg
65g sugar salt
Mix well
Add chocolate butter and mix
50g flour
1g baking soda
Sieve and mix
5-10 mins fridge
Make 6 cookies
Cook 10-12 mins

@@explosivefitnessuk no he did not invent the receipe he maybe modified it but there is no need to credit someone for making something like a brownie since there are hundreds of different ways to make a brownie.

Wouldn’t recommend that, often it is just not exact enough just to measure it in Cups etc. As soon as one ingredient is off, the consistency won’t be good and the cookie may taste and especially look different 😊
I definitely would recommend to invest into a scale, its just easier that way👍🏻

It always feels strange to me when I see „unsalted butter” on the ingredients list. I have literally never saw salted butter in any shop in my country.

@@SimMess salted butter is the kind you spread on toast, tea cakes, scones and eat with straight away. Unsalted is usually what people cook with like frying or baking.

이 레시피로 만들었는데 크랙이 예쁘게 안나오고 자글자글하고 굽는 과정에서 많이 퍼져서 많이 쫀득하지 않아 아쉽더라구요 이 경우에는 반죽의 온도가 적절하지 못했던 걸까요? 맛은 좋았어요!
