On my workers comp doctor's report he wrote 3% and the MMI doctor said it was a 3% impairment, but my workers comp adjuster told me the doctor had given me a 7% rating and I was going to get compensated for that. I'm confused, I guess they talk things over and come up with a different decision, thing is in my doctor's report IT IS WRITTEN 3%. My final admissions letter is on it's way, let's see what rating they gave me there. Is this good or bad? I live in Colorado.
In Colorado the checks have to keep coming (so long as you still have restrictions) until there is an impairment rating the insurance company can lawfully admit to paying. Then all checks sent after MMI go toward paying that impairment rating.
Excellent presentation with thorough information and professional.
