OM642 (oil cooler leak fix 2) Intake throttle body/EGR return mixer removal

Removal of the throttle body/EGR return mixer on Mercedes E320 Bluetec with the OM642 engine. This is part of the job to fix oil cooler seal leak common in this engine. The piece I call EGR cooler is actually the throttle body/EGR return mixer (not the EGR cooler itself). The copper pipe on this intake body (shown at 5:32) does connect to the EGR cooler (shown at 6:28) but the EGR cooler itself is under the driver side intake manifold and attached to it. Hi, the egr pipe was easy for me to take off, but its so many screws i am not really sure of whitch ones to use on the pipe.

Hey mate if you can help me ! I have w204 with OM642 engine, I’m trying to change DPF sensor but I couldn’t find it !

I am not sure exactly but there should be two tubes connecting the sensor to the DPF. Maybe you can look for those tubes starting at the DPF and follow them up to the differential sensor. Sorry I don't know more than that right now
