Do you know that you have now given me the inspiration to go on line cooking ( thank you XXX) Continue inspiring people . I was in a local shop and a Lady never knew how to make home made soup . I live in Scotland and have been making soup since I was 15 , a long time . As we speak I have a pot on , you canny go wrong with ham ribs for the stock, or smoked bacon pieces . Normally it would be a ham houg maybe I spelt it rang lol take care best wishes XXX

I think the only really big mushrooms I've seen in my area are the dark portabello..don't care for the texture..I think I'll try this with regular white buttons..this looks really nice!
Will the mushrooms become wet and soggy after washing? Do I need to squeeze out the water and if so will they shrink and look pathetic? Can this be done in an air fryer and what is the temperature and timing? Thank you
I'm guessing bell peppers are what we in Australia call capsicum? If so yes they are just as nice but the outer skin will blacken a tad and they will be a LOT hotter then the mushrooms after 10 minx in the oven, meaning they will stay hotter longer so don't burn your self!
