Cool instructional video...What kind of rail/steps do you have in place of the factory rock sliders? I have a ZR2, and those would be great for my kids to hop in and out without compromising the clearance too much. They look good on your ride.
I'm planning to get my next Daily Driver in March 2021 (the earliest). It's either going to be the Chevy Colorado ZR2 or the new Ford Bronco. By then the Bronco's specs AND TH-cam videos should be out so I have enough info/reviews to do a fair comparison. But right now, I'm leaning ZR2 (in Sand Dune Metallic, a new color for 2021). However, I won't be doing donuts with whichever one I get. ;-) -- BR
@@Driven2DistractionAutos Maybe...but people would rather buy a used 4x4 (or any of my vehicles) from me than anyone else. ;-) And personally, I wouldn't want to buy a USED 4x4 for that reason, so I'll be going new. Yes, I DO expect to have fun, but on more sedate (easy to moderate, not difficult or extreme rated) passes, trails and forest/service roads...that's more my "speed," if you will. Cheers, -- BR
We've since learned to do it using 2H because you can still use off-road mode and lock the diff this way. I think there's another video we did on it, but maybe it's time for an update! jalopnik.com/how-to-unlock-the-chevy-colorado-zr2s-secret-extreme-dr-1795239182/amp

Thanks! They are from Go Rhino and modeled after the ones on the Ford Raptor.

Sounds like a fun research process. Good luck! (Just don't be afraid to have some fun; these vehicles are not meant to be babied!)
