Deer are tough to keep out. I made this video a couple years ago on a variety of plants to put in your garden that omit odors deer don't like. Example is Garlic Chives. Planting these items help but not the end all solution. Good Luck! th-cam.com/video/5bSPx4NRj7I/w-d-xo.html
It won't stop the dear. However, I am adding little yard staples to attach the bottom of the fencing to the ground. I am optimistic this will keep the rabbits from going under the fence.

Is that enough? Rabbits will easily go under it, deer will go over it.
