      Where do you get your salmon? I know farmed fish is bad too. It's so hard to find food that isn't farmed or injected with a bunch of chemicals. Also, I love cacoa bowls for breakfast lol.

    Thank you so much for all this information. I have chronic stress due to being a single parent , balancing a very demanding corporate career and home. However much I tried , weight would come back on and I realise that its because of stress. Fear of handling/ dealing with many unpleasant situations and things. Also I do some exercise but difficult here under lockdown and I identified that I drink less water and dont sleep enough. I have to train myself to do that.

    Good video, but I am still curious, why can SOME people eat very unhealthy food, not exercise, but have perfect health and good skin and good gums? I try and follow all of these suggestions but still suffer, I already eat more healthy than most people........just seems unfair how some people can eat anything and be fine.

How do you do that, you know I read that moderate reduce inflammation and intense can increase it (because of the stress of the muscles, and inflammation to repare them). Can you give some tips, I like to go to the gym. Maybe you already have a video? Than you.

    Do to anxiety, my stomatch gets inflamed in my stomatch often. Your video was so correct. The reason i say this is because i have an aunt that can speak to God (she is mexican). You may not believe me, but i do. I asked her about what i was feeling. She told me something i can do if im inflamed. I want to share with you guys💗. Get a bucket or bowl with warm water. Then, get a BAR of soap and while laying down, rub your belly gently. After, get a planket and lay down for a couple minutes. You can ethier lay down for about 10, 30, 20 minutes. It really doesnt matter it just matters how much u feel ur belly inflamed.

    Reducing inflammation is not done by eating anti inflammatory foods. The body starts the anti inflammatory phase after the inflammation is ”done” the body then uses lipids and other anti inflammatory factors. So just eating salmon will not reduce an active inflammation. Sure salmon is a good food source and If your diet is mcdonalds then you will feel better but you did not have inflammation you ate food that is lacking nutrientwise. Inflammation is serious and not you can solve with flimsy advice.

      so how to cure it?

    • @claudiofransson9333
      @claudiofransson9333 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@swedish_sadhguru3854 your body will fight inflammation with the immunesystem. If you have an immune deficiancu you will need medical help. Or If you have chronic inflammation. You cannot ”boost” the immune system. All you can do is sleep properly, drink water, eat a balanced diet. There are No quick fixes. Eating ginger or whatever will do nothing, sure it is a good choice of spice and a healthy one, but the body is much more complex than that.

    Literally every "anti inflammatory" food she lists -- is a HIGH HISTAMINE food. Histamine CAUSES inflammation. For example -- histamine has an enzyme that breaks down collagen, thus causing osteoarthritis, which I've had since age 30. I also have asthma, eczema, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. I have "histamine intolerance", which is histamine overload. Histamine intolerance is caused by gut dysbosis, and metal poisoning, such as mercury or copper. Good thing I discovered histamine intolerance before listening to the awful, misleading, ignorant, and useless advice in this vid.
