    Just a comment; when you are speaking and making a video it is a good idea to stop saying "umm and ahh" it will help you a lot with public speaking. It's very disconcerting hearing all the "umms and ahhs" while listening to your good content that you have in your pod cast.

    Where do you find your reference photos

      Most people will google images then take them into photoshop and create a collage with multiple that loosely has their vision in mind. The key is arranging them and creating your own composition. References help with color and light. And some of these changes you can implement in photoshop, even making color and lighting differences with different sliders. Back in my high school days we did similar by using National Geographic and other magazines. But the key is making it into your own voice and not copying. This is what I learned to do in art school.
