I didn't pay much attention to this one when issued & noted it in your top 20 for 2018 so went back to check this review & yeah, looks like it trumps my Signature Collection 90s Flash, which I really like. Excellent review, Brad. Your growth in video production is really obvious, you're coming along leaps and bounds. Easily some of the best production work I've seen on a toy review. You deserve more views man! Looks like a great figure - if only I didn't dislike the suit design so much. :) I'd like to see Mafex's take on some classic comic looks... then again I do have the Mafex Spider-Man in my future, so who knows... :)

Wish i could afford mafex figs,that flash is awesome,pity im stuck on the mcfarline price level ?dont get me wrong i love em, but the difference on price is clearly visable in the quality of the mafex product
Interesting that people bagged on Icons for their scale but will cough up $80 for figuarts, all of which are out of scale and even smaller than the icons line was. Imports are overpriced. It's a nice figure and if you have a specific need, like photography or scene duplication that's one thing. But I've regretted the out of pocket for pretty much every import I've purchased so far.
I've seen reviews on both of the flash's and, yeah....... Um SHF is 👎 where as mafex is👍. Mafex also won (IMO) the spiderman homecoming vs, it's quite strange to see the tables turning in mafex's favour. Great review as always brad🙂
I’ll be able to take a nice close look at the SH Figuarts version tonight. They both arrived in the mail on the same day. This video just took a long time to put together. I still haven’t cheated an peeked in the box yet lol 😂I haven’t even seen a review of it yet. I try and wait till after I review something so I don’t become influenced by somebody else’s point of view. This Mafex one is pretty high up on the awesomeness scale though. I’ll know how they compare soon though.
@@xxparadoxx3971 lol I commented that an entire year ago, but yep, it was the real figure but it was extremely damaged with messy pant spots and the joints were so loose it just fell to pieces :/

I’ve been editing the footage for the Figuarts for the past few days and as much as I’m likening the it, the Mafex is definitely better. :-)

The Flash was supposed to get an upgraded suit from Wayne Tech in the film...why this was cut I don’t know. But great video by the way!
Hopefully we see the new upgraded suit in the standalone Flash movie!
