  • This 30 minute no repeat, all standing workout is guaranteed to make you sweaty and test your strength.
    The main focus of this workout is your lower body and shoulders but I didn't want to neglect the abs so I've included some oblique twists to really engage that core.
    I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells, which is perfect for me so please choose your weight wisely.

    This was great! Love anything standing, no repeat and low impact so you can go heavy with the weights. This was a great sweat sesh without wearing you out. My one little con was with the curtsy exercise you only switched arms and not the legs. No biggie, if I do it again I’ll be sure to switch legs. Still, huge thank you for this. 💪💪💪

      @@oliviafitlawson Ah no it wasn't anything serious hehe. I was just skimming through the video and the moves didn't look very difficult so I doubted the intensity. But BOy was I wrong hahah. I loved it!! Though the moves were simple, they were challenging and I really had to engage my muscles :D It was a great workout!!

    The first time I tried this I could only do 20mins. Now I managed to complete it! Burned 245calories with 165HR! I was sweating like crazy lol. Hope you could add more weighted exercises 💕

      Hi. At the moment unfortunately no. I edit the videos myself and voice overs add a lot of extra time on top of it. I am working two jobs and have 3 little children so I often find myself editing my videos till very late at night just to be able to upload them the next day. If my circumstances change and my channel grows enough to be able to leave my day time job yes absolutely. I hope you understand. Sending lots of love from the UK.

    189 active calories burned. Threw this on after your 50 min low impact weight training so I stuck with the 10lb weights for this 2nd workout to make sure I could finish it. Very manageable. Average 127bpm. Varied between 12s, 15s, 20s with the first workout. Still able to breathe, lol. 💜🤍💜🤍💜🤍💜🤍💜🤍💜🤍
