  • Join me for an all standing, full body dumbbell workout you can do at the comfort of your own home. This is a no repeat, 30 minute strength training session that aims to increase your strength, improve your coordination and sweat some calories. All you will need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells and I am using 2 x 5kg.
    Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Love the idea of each video being so complete starting with warm up then the workout then finishing it up with the cool down

    This is about 25mins of weights. Loved the new combos. Easy on the joints and definitely had me sweating. Paired this with another cardio weight training workout for a full hour. Alone burned 222 active calories and varied between 12s,15s, and 20s. Another favorite. ❤️❤️❤️

    I’m feeling a little under the weather today but had to get my workout in. This was perfect. Low impact but worked up a sweat and burned 162 calories 🔥

      Thank you ❤️ I rewear it but try to mix and match when I can. I used to be in collaboration with sports wear company so I gathered quite a collection. Always wear the same trainers though 😅

    Day 9 in the pocket ! I am proud of myself to have made it so far without interruption. It's hard but it's soooo good too ! How long is tomorrow's workout ? If I can I'll try to do it in the morning. 🤞
