Today I speak about why your silence speaks volumes & how protecting your peace, silence, and tranquility is vital to healing from narcissistic abuse, trauma, self-doubting, etc.
It’s like the saying about how actions speak louder than words; sometimes your mere SILENCE is what speaks the loudest- or what conveys the biggest, clearest, healthiest message when escaping the narcissistic abusive cycle.
Process not ruminate.
Respond, don’t react.
Become both EDUCATED & EMPOWERED, SILENT & STRENGTENED..

You are not alone. My relationship with my own was very strained and she hates that I went full NC. Long story probably for a whole different video but I know what it’s like.. narcissists just are not entitled to our energy, family or not family.. Just know going full NC is the way, for your own peace of mind. I’m so sorry. Stay strong!! :)
