I attended a cooking demonstration in Viet Nam. The chef used Maggi, which is a Swiss ingredient. (I am Swiss). I told him he should use Vietnamese ingredients, not Swiss ones. His English was poor, he totally misunderstood. He said next year when I returned he would have much more Maggi in the dishes!!!
This is now definitely on my bucket list
It's a long haul to get there, but it's certainly worth visiting.
I've lived in Chiang Mai for 14 years and I like very much that you enjoyed it too
We both certainly did.
Roger
Thank you both of you, I'm hungry now😂
Our pleasure!
Thai and Malaysian food, the best in the world
