Mine is stock closed. Do you have a trick to open the door so I can access the bolt under it.?
I’m running into a problem of opening the door overall. I was getting mad and figured if I break the inside panel I’ll replace it so I used a crowbar with the right angled side and just pried like that. I have the inside trim off most of the way seeing I can’t get it off completely because it goes around the top latch. It appears the whole bottom of the door is rusted too and I’m ready to somehow cut off the latch from the door being closed and just buy new. Ford wasn’t really smart with this design and I haven’t found and video on how to fix it while it’s closed.
I cant actually open the door, any ideas or help for that?
This video is the most useless video on door repair. Work is done on a door that is already open not stuck closed. Ford when out of there way to make a messed up system for the jump door
