we kinda have the same problem. so okay, this is actually my first relationship and I noticed that I am becoming constantly jealous of him idolizing famous celebrities (ik that sounds crazy but I am just THAT insecure about myself) and I often think about those beautiful girls, wishing that I could just be them. My big problem is that as I'm getting older , as time goes on, I fear that someone younger, newer, cooler, prettier, funnier is going to come along and slowly over time take their attention and their time and then their fidelity away... Maybe that's partially anxiety. But if there's anything I have learned about being an adult in a serious relationship, it's that 8 times out of 10, nobody else cares about your relationship. If someone comes along and wants you, they don't give a fuck who you're with or what the situation is. They will try to plant seeds here and there and sink in if they can.
That's why you have to challenge and train your relationship y'all need to go to counseling or get work books on keeping a long lasting relationship if he isn't interested in building the relationship leave him if he makes u feel secure don't stress

Basically I didnt allow him to call this girl but at the end he would secretly call her, play games with her, he helped her sm with her discord server and he literally stole my “rules” for discord and put them in her server without my permission. He apologized and tried making it up to me (for example he wrote me 380 notes to open everyday) but I have trust issues now and he said that he completely cut off every communication with her for me. I love her. I was able to formulate my thoughts and tackle a situation I am in. I am very insecure. I have gone through an abusive relationship and an eating disorder. I met my by shortly after my last relationship and didn't speak about what happened. I found out about 1 year and 1/2 ago that his followers were all women being proactive and a few meme pages, but 90% were women sexualizing themselves. This made me so uncomfortable and I still haven't figured out if he is constantly consuming this content, but the followers are already a red flag and it makes him look creepy. My big problem is that as I'm getting older , as time goes on, I fear that someone younger, newer, cooler, prettier, funnier is going to come along and slowly over time take their attention and their time and then their fidelity away... Maybe that's partially anxiety. But if there's anything I have learned about being an adult in a serious relationship, it's that 8 times out of 10, nobody else cares about your relationship. If someone comes along and wants you, they don't give a fuck who you're with or what the situation is. They will try to plant seeds here and there and sink in if they can.
That's why you have to challenge and train your relationship y'all need to go to counseling or get work books on keeping a long lasting relationship if he isn't interested in building the relationship leave him if he makes u feel secure don't stress

He should introduce you to those female friends of his! A man that loves you and respects you, will work with you on this. He will find ways to make you feel secure while he has female friends. After all, if he sees you as his one and only, he will want you to know the people he connects with! Been there and it’s a good situation. i don’t feel it’s fair to just make someone cut their friends(there are levels because some “friends” don’t have you or your partners best interest at heart) but if you are seriously committed to someone, you should know their people. If he’s not open to introducing you to them, I find an issue there. Also, I can see a boyfriend having several female friends as a discomfort to his lady as well. How many girls do you need to associate with because a bunch of female friends is a bit odd! Talk to him about it and tell him you are interested in meeting all of his female friends because it will make you comfortable within your relationship.

Basically I didnt allow him to call this girl but at the end he would secretly call her, play games with her, he helped her sm with her discord server and he literally stole my “rules” for discord and put them in her server without my permission. He apologized and tried making it up to me (for example he wrote me 380 notes to open everyday) but I have trust issues now and he said that he completely cut off every communication with her for me. He hurt me so much but we r young and immature so hopefully time will do it’s thing.

I totally agree with everything you said. I’ve been in a relationship for a long time now but it’s only recently that I realized that I get jealous really easily. My feelings of insecurities and sadness kick in when I overthink but I know he loves me and that I’m thinking very irrationally. He’s done nothing to make me think he would cheat on me but there are times when I get in my head. I know he chose me out of everyone else and that he’s such a loving, sweet, and thoughtful person. I’m currently learning to teach myself that my thoughts are just messing with me and that I’ll be okay in the long run. I trust him and I need show him that I do. I’ve been hurt before by many others but he is not the same. I would always talk to him about the situation and he would always reassure me that he loves me and only me. He really does deserve all the love I can give him. This video helped me learn how to handle my emotions better.

Sometimes I cry coz I know my husband now doesn’t deserve all the negative thoughts or insecurities I have in mind. We don’t have the same ethnicity but I need to keep reminding myself that he chose me over a million women out there. I had a bad past which lasted 12years but I found out that I’ve been cheated and he even had a kid. So that hit me hard and I had trust issues since then. I love her. I was able to formulate my thoughts and tackle a situation I am in. I am very insecure. I have gone through an abusive relationship and an eating disorder. I met my by shortly after my last relationship and didn't speak about what happened. I found out about 1 year and 1/2 ago that his followers were all women being proactive and a few meme pages, but 90% were women sexualizing themselves. This made me so uncomfortable and I still haven't figured out if he is constantly consuming this content, but the followers are already a red flag and it makes him look creepy. I am going to finally clearly be able to talk to him within being secure with myself and knowing he wouldnt have chosen me if he wanted something else. I hope it goes well, but at the end of the day I know I am beautiful and deserve a guy to chase me a bit.
