Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Spaghetti ( with Creme Fraiche) Super Delicious , Quick and Light !

Hi Everyone ! welcome to my channel ! today i will be showing you how to make a a delicious creamy chicken and mushroom spaghetti with creme fraiche ! no cream at all which makes a beautiful light sauce ,incorporated with white wine and garlic and you cant go wrong !

ingredients:
4 boneless chicken thighs (no skin )
about a handful and a half of mushrooms
4 - 5 cloves garlic
1 tub of creme fraiche
about a cup of white wine
i pkt of spaghetti
salt
pepper
olive oil
half a cup of parmesan cheese

Yes Melissa that is my beautiful Maine Coon cross breed called Micah !she loves to lay over the top of the kitchen cupboards and sometimes hangs her head and front paws 🐾 over !!she's so funny xx
