How many curry do you know about
As a person who eats this once a week in an indian restaurant, where is the curry exactly?
she said cream pepper chicken and parathas she doesn't mention it's curry so basically it's a mistake and I am indian (it's a actual dish)
a gravy-based liquid dish of meat, vegetables, etc. containing a lot of spices ,that is what curry means.
Somehow people think its curry so there must be a vessel full of gooey liquid. This is prepared for 3 people and as a side dish for parathas. Restaurants add more curry so they can give less meat. What she has prepared is perfect.
The theme was simplicity, tasty, yummy. And they don't care if you made curry. (And yes, she never said curry). They see if you have made something new, something different. Not something you can get in a restaurant.

Dude have u ever seen malai chiken tikka it's the same colour but tastes soo good, there are diff types of curries, i think ur talking about the red types (either onion or tomato based) but the one she made was with pepper, so in conclusion, basically we couldn't see the pepper but they could taste it, and so what ur talking about is diff. For all Indians, it was a horror scene to watch the judges eating naan after tasting that chicken ..... :( :( that's not how you enjoy the meal.
how do you usually eat it then? I would think the naan is a good way to cleanse your palate a bit
Knorr stockpot is missing anyway...
@@nicolaj990 we usually dip the naan or paratha in the broth, give it more flavour
While I certain can't speak for all of them, as far as Marco is concern, tasting the individual elements is essential to see how well that element is prepared. Tasting many elements together is more enjoyable but the flavors become muddled and mixed up, which makes judging the skill of the chef more difficult.
It's done to make sure individual components in a meal are good. If the naan is bs but the curry is too good they wouldn't know it. They arnt eating as diners they are eating a judges for some of the world's most prestigious competitions.

I took professional cooking and I found out that you don't have to have 100 ingredients for a dish to taste delicious. There were many times where I used few herbs and spices and ingredients overall, and my instructors loved my food. Like Gordon Ramsay says, keep it simple. Not everyone's palette can taste all the ingredients you put into a dish and sometimes too much can overwhelm the person who's eating your food. I love this.

@Lydia Alexian theres no clash. Everyone’s in agreement here that this doesn’t look like a typical indian curry. But on the other hand if you’ve ever had the butter chicken from jama masjid delhi, it looks the same but tastes amazing.
Nobody:
Marco : *35 yEaRs Of My CArEeR*
TH-cam title ‛indian'
Indians : swagat nahi kroge hamara
I can't look at Nidhi the same after Karunesh Talwar's MasterChef clip
Bhajia lmao XD
Me too
So true
🤣🤣🤣
She really does the bare minimum, doesn't she? Made paratha and chicken curry and aaloo chips.
It's chicken shorba and we give that to a person who is I'll.
Even I'll person will make face if he saw this
i mean it looks kinda bad but probably tastes okay I guess
Lol Not really people hangout and eat Shorba in street. not really a ill person food!
I came for Pakoras, I'm disappointed.
Akshat Jain Karunesh????😂
Me too yaar 😑
Sale bhajiye!😂😂😂
Lmao fr, search nidlhi's bhajiyas.
Besan k andar pyaaz dooba diya...
Marco didn’t forget to praise the sensational squeeze of lemon he did by himself.
To be honest the curry don't look like India Curry . I mean where is spices ??🤔
This is not curry, the title is misleading and the girl heeself says that its a creamy pepper chicken
She named it as cream pppr chicken not curry..
It's pepper chicken.. my mom use to make this.. No need for red chilli powder.. instead of that we use pepper and green chilli paste.....
She added cream milk, pepper, butter, some of salt
Spices to hai.. haldi nehi dala lagta hai 😀
*Me tries to make something like this*
My Ancestors: U see this slipper, yeah, it shall now become your birth mark.
😂😂
😂😂😂
😂😂
Like Marco said man, didn't look that great, but tasted great.
🤣🤣
He looked like he was giving her death threat when he squeezed that lemon lol.
Being an Indian, Never seen a chicken curry looks like this,it looks like chicken soup rather.
I thought the chicken was a leftover from making of a chicken stock.
imagine if he had naan with the curry together , he would be on 7th heaven
Like U
@@Tomlatham69 😎 burnt dude
That is not like "indian chicken curry"
It's something like boiled chicken pieces served with some salt & pepper's 😁😁👍👍👍
Indian chicken curry is different i.e mixed with different INDIAN SPICES🙄
I think being an NRI she doesn't have any idea of indian chicken curry.
It is a chicken curry . Pepper chicken is mainly eaten in the coastal regions of India . If u haven't tried that doesn't mean it isn't a curry. Making a balance of the salt and pepper and making the creamy white gravy is more hard compared to any chicken gravy till now in Indian cuisine
@@sakshamsingh1503 ji where is the curry???🙄
It is only stew👍 with boiled chicken
@@sakshamsingh1503 look here you said that "Pepper Chicken" and not CHICKEN CURRY 😉👍👍👍
@@sabitamandal9953 right bro👍👍
"Nidhi", reminds me of a stand-up comedy
They are eating curry without naan
And then naan without curry
And call themselves food experts..lulz..
i want u as president
Yep not just Indian, same with Mexican, Greek, Arab food. You're supposed to eat them together and these so called food experts only know their Aussie foods.
@@thumpertorque_ That guy is Marco Pierre White, a brit not an aussie and a very popular chef. He trained Gordon Ramsay another popular celebrity chef. These guys might not understand Indian cuisine but they are pretty bigshots in the world restaurant scene.
@@nikhilreddy8550 I guess. Maybe they should have a criteria for the type of cuisines in that case rather than anything and everything.
@@nikhilreddy8550 his student is better than him at least he knows how to eat different food.
To be honest this doesn't look that great compared to even normal home cooking 😅😅
Though the appearance is not appealing but the taste must be excellent.
its about taste you fumble
Damn, Marco is probably the most passive aggressive guy I've ever seen.
How about Gordon , no ? Hehe
Can I gift Marco a frozen eel?
@@IAmOxidised7525 Gordon's by no means 'passive' lol. He's very blunt and straightforward.
@@icheatinexam5606 well that was my try at sarcasm...
@@IAmOxidised7525 Oh sorry lol.. I'm very bad at getting sarcasm jokes
I wonder how she is so calm watching them eating everything seperately, brutal lemon squeeze, ripping naan with all fingers both hands 🤪
