Thank you doc! I appreciate you making this video teaching me how to send the dicom 3D cone beam x-ray my oral surgeon took. I have had the disc that the oral surgeon burned of my 3d x-ray for over 3 weeks and exhausted every avenue on how to transfer the files to potential oral surgeons for analysis and treatment plan. Your video is the only one on TH-cam that breaks it down simply and proficiently. You have no idea how much I appreciate finding your video. Step by step instructions you laid out and everything has transferred beautifully. Before I followed this video I had even taken the disc to Best Buy, Office Depot, and several computer repair shops requesting their assistance and help me to upload to a Google drive or OneDrive account so that I could transfer the X-ray at any time. No one was willing to help or they citedHIPAA regulations or medical confidentiality as a reason they could not transfer the files even to a flash drive. I am not computer illiterate just not a computer tech either. So if others follow your simple video they too will be able to transfer medical files. I realize that my purpose was not your intended reason to upload this video, but I want you to know it helped me tremendously.👍

Hi ! We have a Brain MRI dvd but whenever we try to copy the VIDEO_TS folder to our Mac, the operation fails and warns us because of a 'permission' issue.. I can't believe that someone creates a 'protected' MRI dvd of a patient... Any ideas ? Thanks
