something I got from this video is our eyes can only differentiate certain layers of grey so the purpose of windowing is to distribute those layers around an image to understating differences in densities better. -thanks
Liver might be hypodense due to fatty liver disease in CT scan, while in ecography the liver is seen hyperechoic respect to the spleen. Now it I understand that better. Thanks for the video!

Very helpful, however I wish you'd use a larger arrow colored red perhaps. Easier to follow when you were pointing out organs etc...
